I visited White Spot last Sunday and ordered the creamy chicken broccoli casserole. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The presentation was very poor—the rice was simply dumped onto the plate. No effort was made to mold it or present it properly, which immediately made the dish look unappealing. As for the casserole itself, the flavor was just okay—not salty and not bland. However, calling it a chicken broccoli casserole is misleading. There was no chicken at all. Not a small piece, not even a shred. I actually finished the entire dish trying to find any chicken, and there was none—just the flavor. Overall, the dish did not meet expectations, especially given the name. The lack of effort in presentation and the missing main ingredient made this meal a disappointment.

The food was good, and we were happy to tip. However, when paying with a gift card and card, the waitress added the tip herself without explaining or asking. We only noticed after paying. Tipping should always be the customer’s choice, and because of this experience, we won’t be returning.

The most iconic place for burgers and a pint of draft beer. My go to has to be the Monty Mushroom burger with fries. The service was nothing special. Perhaps, it was very busy during our visits.

Service was good. Friendly staff. I didn’t mind that they forgot an item on my order. It happens. But my burger was burnt on the outside and not cooked on the inside. I’ve usually had good food and service at this location but the cook needs to be more careful.

The waitress was extremely rude, not what I've been used to white spots through out BC, I wanted to leave but had guests coming Halfway through the meal we got a different waitress and she was quite lovely. But the meal was tainted

One of my fave places to lunch with convenient parking in their vast lot. The day staff here is super spot on and nails my order every single time. However, I've dined here at night before and it's a complete 180....the incompetent male server got my order all wrong and the food wasn't as good as how the day chef does it 👎🏻 So it's best to come during the daytime before they switch to their evening staff.

Food was good service was a little slow.I think they were busy. Or maybe they forgot me. There was a brief wait to be seated even though there was nobody in front of me.
Clubhouse sandwich was excellent. The fry cook was having issues. Fries and zoo sticks were undercooked. A request for well done fries did not yield better results. Coleslaw is once again great. It's been terrible for years. (Former White Spot carhop here)

Ate here yesterday evening like I usually do every so often. This time was different; the server Arjun was on top of his game and made my experience exceptional. I wasn't in a very good mood due to some unforeseen circumstance's and this guy not only served me tasty food but made my mood better with his witty humour! Thank you Arjun Ready solar

For the first time I ordered the take out Christmas dinner for two. It was incredible! Such a generous amount that we have leftovers for today! The food was delicious and the complimentary apple pie was a lovely bonus. What a deal! It comes with complete instructions for oven or microwave so it was dead easy. I may never cook again! Well done White Spot!! Best $52 I ever spent.
