Once again poor quality control. We ordered diet cokes in delivery and received normal coca cola. In addition, the notes were completely ignored.

Our server several times was Sandra. She was GREAT.She was super attentive without being irritating. She was so friendly and good natured. She remembered our go ~ to drinks, brought extra napkins when our meal was messy, without being asked. We were in the process of moving,so we ate there a lot.It got to the point where we looked for her and then said oh good! Our friend is here! Sandra was just great!

Hilarious how this rind was $3.50 of Brie cheese. There wasn't anything else.

$25 fish and chips haddock, the end of a batch of fries ( small bits ) and $4.55 for watered down fountain coke. Not coming back.
Server took 15min to greet us, finally took our order and proceeded to take a break in front of my wife and I before getting our drinks. Gave the benefit of the doubt but once he stopped to talk with another server I had enough.
To management; retrain server Pat please, check cameras on June 8th 5pm. I work BOH as a supervisor and my wife is FOH server, this is by far the worst experience I’ve had at an establishment. Would give 0 stars if I could. (I have eaten here multiple times before and will not be returning).
$40 to eat for a single person is insane when you can get better quality from A&W for less than half the price sorry the service at A&W is better too if ur eating alone 😳
I'm a bug fan of White Spot but as other reviews have stated the service here seemed unusually slow as compared to other restaurants. I won't stop dining at White Spot but will likely use other locations unless I have a lot of time on my hands.
Good place to have a family dinner with small kids!

Had a party of 25 for my mother's 65th, they were amazing in making sure all of our needs were met and made her birthday a memorable one. All the staff and cooks deserve so much more than what I can provide in a review.
The manager Asked us to look for the giftcards that were thrown out (days before we notice the charge) because theyll lose money and they want proof.. So its okay for your guest to lose money instead because of a technical glitch on ur online ordering?
Great location, server was nice, but the restaurant is extremely cold, everyone was sitting with their coats. I do not think the heaters were working at all.

Came here for Pirate Pak Day, which is probably peak busy day for White Spot. Had about a half hour wait before we were seated, but good thing is they have a large free parking lot.
Service was a bit slower, which is expected given how busy the place was.
Good location for family dining and usually has seating available. Definitely gets busier as more people live in the Brentwood area.

I came here with the promise of a reward for the children's hard work. Our waiter, Daniel, is very friendly, his service is great, and he has a great smile! ! If you have a waiter like this at a restaurant, your children will be able to enjoy their meals with peace of mind.
I thought the hamburger was a little big for a child, but it was delicious and he ate it all, so it must have been really good. He said, "I want to come again!", so I would like to bring him again as a reward.
I was a little disappointed that it took so long for the food to be served, so I hope this will improve.
