Very nice staff. They set up a table for 9 with only 30 minutes notice rather than the 2 hours they request for reservations. Everyone enjoyed the food.

Never been to white spot for breakfast before thought I'd give it a try because burgers are good. Got eggs Benny and hash browns except I got such a small portion of hash browns. I know it's supposed to be bottomless so I waited to get someone's attention and slowly picked away at my meal and eventually finished with no extra hash browns at all. What's the point of charging someone 30$ for a couple eggs and then not give them the hash browns and let them eat their entire meal while they wait for the other half of their food to come out. Feels like a rip off. Probably will never go to another white spot unless forced to. Companies likes this are what's wrong with the world trying to pull a fast one on their customers. Disgusting.

We ordered a few legendary burgers, one of the patties is undercooked, the middle part of the minced beef is still reddish pink, the sauce that put into the other two patties is very little, just like a size of a quarter coin. Fries are burnt and hard. The quality of food that we got in this Uber order is very disappointing.

Food was ok. Beef dip was mid. Deli meat in a floury ciabatta bun. Was hoping for something with a little bit more effort and more restaurant quality.
Atmosphere was okay but it was very cold in the restaurant.

I had an amazing experience at White Spot on North Road! The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great food and excellent service.
Good food & reasonable beverage selection. Staff are great, efficient, & very professional staff. Atmosphere is vibrant & exciting. Lots of parking with car hop service as well.

Kid-friendliness: Kids will love this place & has pirate pack that’s made for them.

We ordered the meal and drinks, were chatting for a while, the waitress kept coming to ask if we need more something....Do they have limited meal time for customer⁇⁇⁇ Washroom was not clean, may be bad user but the staff aren't supposed to check once a while⁇⁇⁇

Not sure why it is so difficult to get a simple take out order correct. My order was solely of a kids meal and zoo sticks. At pick up I was given not even half my order and by the time I got home to discover this.
Called and spoke with a manger Brandon and he advised it should take up to 24hrs for a refund and apologized.
It's been 72hrs since and still no refund. Called and spoke with another manager, Jasmine and was told it will take 10 business days for that return- for $18.00?? Just ridiculous.
