As a chain I am sure most of people are aware of the menu: Want gluten free burger? You have it! Would you like a delicious steak? They have it.
The service on this particular location is very good. Even when it was full the service was 100%, no delays, polite employees, great food.

A highly disappointing experience. We just moved into the neighborhood and were excited to find a White Spot so close by. Unfortunately, after tonight, we will not be returning. We ordered the teriyaki bowls, but as a vegan, I asked that they be prepared without chicken or salmon. Usually, restaurants will compensate for the lack of protein by adding some extra vegetables, however, the portions provided were noticeably meager for regular price. The rice was mushy, and the sauce flavorless. While the staff was very kind, we found that the cost was extremely overpriced for the quality and quantity of the food provided. Based on the food, the 20% tip I added to the order was, in retrospect, certainly not warranted. Sad to see White Spot has deteriorated so much.

Very nice staff. They set up a table for 9 with only 30 minutes notice rather than the 2 hours they request for reservations. Everyone enjoyed the food.

Never been to white spot for breakfast before thought I'd give it a try because burgers are good. Got eggs Benny and hash browns except I got such a small portion of hash browns. I know it's supposed to be bottomless so I waited to get someone's attention and slowly picked away at my meal and eventually finished with no extra hash browns at all. What's the point of charging someone 30$ for a couple eggs and then not give them the hash browns and let them eat their entire meal while they wait for the other half of their food to come out. Feels like a rip off. Probably will never go to another white spot unless forced to. Companies likes this are what's wrong with the world trying to pull a fast one on their customers. Disgusting.
We ordered a few legendary burgers, one of the patties is undercooked, the middle part of the minced beef is still reddish pink, the sauce that put into the other two patties is very little, just like a size of a quarter coin. Fries are burnt and hard. The quality of food that we got in this Uber order is very disappointing.

Food was ok. Beef dip was mid. Deli meat in a floury ciabatta bun. Was hoping for something with a little bit more effort and more restaurant quality.
Atmosphere was okay but it was very cold in the restaurant.

I had an amazing experience at White Spot on North Road! The food was absolutely delicious, and the flavors exceeded my expectations. On top of that, the service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back soon! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for great food and excellent service.
