We were not satisfied with the food we ate here during our visit. We felt like the price we paid for was not worth it. I don't know if it was just the day we went but portions were so little for the price. And the ribs were small and dry. We just had to eat everything because we came hungry. The happy hour food was like the frozen items bought from save on. And it was hard to get a server because they only had 3 servers and the place had dividers. So you have to wait for servers to go to your area. The young guy server was good though, very accommodating and nice to talk to. Hope you improve on the food. Especially the ones we ordered.

My aunt and I went for breakfast today and we were greeted and sat by our server PREM7383. He sat us then walked away. It was roughly around a 5-7 minute wait for him to come back. The restaurant was not busy at all. We ordered strawberry waffles and a side of sausage and Nats hearty breakfast with shredded hashbrowns. When the food came it was not hot, just warm and we were missing our sausages and by the time Our server came to check on us we were almost finished and my aunt no longer wanted her sausages. When he came to check I did ask for more endless shredded hashbrowns. We waited for that, but it did not come cause He came back with the bill and asked us if we wanted anything else. At this point I did not want to remind him about it as we needed to leave back to Burnaby hospital to see my grandmother. The quickest service I saw from him was to get our payment. Food was good besides being almost cold, which from my experience is usually the servers responsibility to run the food, and being dead in the restaurant we should have not had almost cold food.

I've always liked white spots and their legendary burger. Was a little disappointed on this visit as the burger was somewhat dry, little overcooked and the fries were not fresh. Fresh. I did get a reorder of fries which were much better. Overall. I was a little disappointed.
