Server addressed us as 'You two". Spoke over us when we were trying to talk to each other and didn't listen to our answer when asked 'How is everything?- just walked away. Food was sub-par and portions were small for the prices. More cheesy with the service than in the bun.

We ate on the patio but not allowed people to stand around us just outside of the patio and smoke their cigarettes. Maybe they should move to smoking area?
Word got out that my birthday had happened very recently, and the staff were so gracious. They even gathered together, and came out to sing happy birthday to me!, With a piece of strawberry cheesecake that had a candle in it!
Thank you to Cristian, and all of the staff.. It meant a lot to me.

We love the White Spot clubhouse sandwich! It’s the best value sandwich in Vancouver $22+ with tax. The sandwich is loaded with head lettuce n two large pieces of fresh tomatoes, enough turkey meat n bacon with multigrain toasted bread…I asked the sauces on the side (usually too saucy for me). The side garden salad is very fresh n maybe a tiny bit on the dry side but still good quality no rusted leaves, a true green salad ! The cherry tomatoes, soy beans, cucumber slices and cranberries just adds class n beauty. Good portion for salad lovers. I always order the White Spot club when I feel pinched by prices eating out. White Spots also have very good service staff ( most of the time). White Spot is environmentally friendly with good quality paper containers, wood utensils n paper bags.

We came in to celebrate my son’s birthday, and the staff honestly made it such a great experience. Olivia greeted us so warmly and made sure we knew about the free birthday sundae, she even gave my son extra chocolate coins, which completely made his day. Christian was our server and he was amazing the whole time, super patient, kind, and on top of everything. You can tell both of them really care and love what they do. Couldn’t have asked for a better place for a birthday dinner!
