They keep sending unauthorized orders to us!!!

Riley comes in to service us about once a week, couldn't ask for better service, he deserves a raise.

Normally Canteen/Wosks Coffee are pretty good and accommodating, but lately they have had poor customer support and are impossible to reach...I just want to give them my business!Edit: I called them twice on Monday and left two voicemails (one in the morning and one in the afternoon). Then I called them the next day on two occasions, but still two days later I haven't received any calls from them. But they were able to respond to my Google Review in 10 minutes!!

I've reached out to this company a handful of times in regards to an employee who not only parked in an emergency only area but was shockingly rude, aggressive, and very vulgar towards myself and my two young children. Very saddening to see how humanity has declined and very few care about their fellow man. Not to mention that lack of care towards children. Very gross her behaviour.

Great company , Great service

Best selection of coffees and awesome service! I recommend Wosks when people ask me about coffee, best variety of coffee and machines. Good people, family run business for around 60 years! Keeps me well caffeinated! :)

I have to deal with them on weekly bases ordering coffee and supplies for my store. I constantly have to keep an eye on what they deliver (sometimes they dropped off incorrect items) and ask for service in order to have my coffee machine properly working (they don't even bother to clean it once in a while) and have water filters checked (it supposed to be their job). Plus, the accountant's lady is ALWAYS very rude on the phone (if she doesn't like to work in customer service, I suggest her to consider to change job, because it's an important part of her job to be nice with customers, especially if she doesn't have any reason to treat them in a bad way like she always does). Today I called in order to make a payment and she didn't even bothered to say bye at the end of the phone call. I am very disappointed and willing to switch with someone else who is more customer service oriented.

Wosk Coffee service is exceptional. Great products, great service. Good people. Highly recommended.
