I've been coming here for years and it is my favourite dessert place without feeling too guilty about it! Staff are always kind, fast, and efficient. Even when the mall is about to close, they would still take your order and deliver it fast. Love love love this place!

This a the best place I love the frozen yogurt so much I the topping selection I wished they had more locations but had strawberry on my yogurt and they hard and going bad pls get better fruits I think about this place all the time I love it I want to eat this everyday it's abit pricey though

We were in Metrotown mall, and suddenly we craved frozen yogurt. This store was buzzing with customers awaiting a treat.
With so many options, we just went ahead and ordered a raspberry cheesecake frozen yogurt. We could definitely add more toppings on there at 85 cents per topping - which we thought was cool. The pricing was not too bad - around $8 - $9 for a small serving with extra toppings.

I got the Cherry in a small bowl , it did seem to be alot for a small which is good. I added the mango popping boba , pineapple fresh fruit and sour keys. It was really good the toppings were bountiful. The cherry flavour was good , a few bites seemed a bit underwhelming. However its still a good place to get some frozen yogurt.

Today was a hot busy Saturday and I was in the mall from about 6-9pm closing. I kept my eye on the yogenfruz waiting for the line to die down a bit. Every single time I checked back it had only gotten bigger! I ended up being one of the last people before the mall closed and these people were so incredibly kind and fast and courteous. Absolutely commend them for their attitude, lovely people. They deserve everything for their work today!! Thank you!!

This is our go-to frozen yogurt place and we love it here! There’s always a great mix of flavors (including a non-dairy option), and everything tastes super fresh. The toppings bar has tons of choices, so it’s easy to find something you like.
Brandon and the rest of the staff are always super friendly, which makes every visit even better. I look forward to talking to him every visit!

Have been coming to this place for years. The visit today is exceptionally unpleasant. The yogurt was not blended at all, like 2 separate colours in the ice cream. I told the person who was handing me the ice cream he got mad and asked me in very aggressive and accusatory tone “this is how we do it, blend it once and this is how it looks. What do you want me to do? Blend it one more time?” Extremely rude and unpleasant experience with products that didn’t meet the quality standards.
