I’ve never really been a fan of frozen yogurt, but I love this place. Their yogurt is tasty, service is amazing the owner (I think?) is always cheerful and kind and I would definitely recommend

I Love this place and especially I am impressed from brandon customer service he is very kind and polite and Kim is also very nice she always speak politely I tried many flavour all are delicious

Almost broke my tooth on a cherry pit. Tons of small sharp shards in the yogurt. Brought this to their attention and all I got was “you ordered cherry right? it happens all the time”. I understand cherries have seeds, but it you crush one up into my yogurt, making it inedible, you should at the very least offer to replace it. If it happens all the time, maybe source something that doesn’t present a choking hazard? Terrible customer service.

Atrocious customer service by a man at the register. After asking if a small sample could be provided as my SIL was indecisive about flavours, the other employee said no as they only serve in the cups and no sample cups are available. We understood this but asked if a small amount could be put in the same cup we’ll order with, and that’s when the man at the register rudely said “let me explain it to them” as if our hijabs were a intellect barrier. My SIL said she obviously understands and the man wanted to further engage in argument with us, saying “if we put another flavour in, it won’t taste like what it’s suppose to” (as if we cared at that point), putting his hand up in the air. I should’ve said goodbye then and there and not ordered but I’m pregnant and too exhausted to deal with lowlifes who can’t afford a little friendliness when dealing with people. Mediocre frozen yogurt too.

The guy in the stall was really kind and friendly. At first I ordered vanilla but good thing he clarified if it was the plain froyo I wanted which it was. I ended up ordering a small froyo with strawberry syrup, coco jelly and some sprinkles. They have a lot of different flavors and toppings to choose from. Highly recommend! ?
