Always hits the spot for me. We don’t have one near us so we went out of our way and it was exactly what I wanted. Love that I can customize and mix my favourite flavours. Service was quick and welcoming.

Today was a hot busy Saturday and I was in the mall from about 6-9pm closing. I kept my eye on the yogenfruz waiting for the line to die down a bit. Every single time I checked back it had only gotten bigger! I ended up being one of the last people before the mall closed and these people were so incredibly kind and fast and courteous. Absolutely commend them for their attitude, lovely people. They deserve everything for their work today!! Thank you!!

This is our go-to frozen yogurt place and we love it here! There’s always a great mix of flavors (including a non-dairy option), and everything tastes super fresh. The toppings bar has tons of choices, so it’s easy to find something you like.
Brandon and the rest of the staff are always super friendly, which makes every visit even better. I look forward to talking to him every visit!

Have been coming to this place for years. The visit today is exceptionally unpleasant. The yogurt was not blended at all, like 2 separate colours in the ice cream. I told the person who was handing me the ice cream he got mad and asked me in very aggressive and accusatory tone “this is how we do it, blend it once and this is how it looks. What do you want me to do? Blend it one more time?” Extremely rude and unpleasant experience with products that didn’t meet the quality standards.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. There are many flavors (dairy and non-dairy) to choose from and a wide variety of toppings. Would recommend 100/10. 👍 You must visit at least once in your lifetime!

The old guy doesn't put much toppings and after 4 toppings he brings your cup to the cash counter.. I would rate it 5 stars as whenever I've been there everyone is welcoming except the guy who is working morning 11:30 AM at July 23. He adds the toppings as he is doing some kind of favor to us.

Best yogurt ice cream place EVER! Absolutely LOVE this place for a frozen sweet treat! But oh lord, the toppings display aren’t closed… which I understand to an extent as this location is always quite busy as it’s located inside Metrotown, but I saw a fly land on the dark chocolate topping and I almost gagged. Absolutely disgusting in this factor. I understand it may be more uncomfortable on the workers’ side, but it’s even more so on the customers’ side. Please consider this change! Otherwise, LOVE! Keep it up!

This place is the only frozen yogurt place I go, I always get greentea with mochi and oreo crumbs, hit everytime!! It's so delicious, always get it when I'm in metrotown, service always so nice and quick, they used to have on in Guildford but closed down:(. prefer frozen yogurts anytime over bubble tea :)
