I originally ordered duck liver and duck collarbone, but somehow the lady at the counter ended up giving me duck gizzards instead. The gizzards were a bit on the tough side — not exactly what I was expecting. As for the duck collarbone, it had a nice balance between soft and firm, and there was just the right touch of spiciness to keep things interesting. I was a little disappointed about the mix-up, but overall, the flavor was still pretty satisfying.
Everytime i go to vancouver i get this duck. Very authentic. Lately the duck population in western canada has been affected by floods and flu so the prices gone up. I continue to support this local buisness because it is very good!
