The Karage is tiny. Been to so many different Ramen restaurants in Vancouver and Japan. First time I see fried chicken this size.
Then I caught a cockroach by the table, forgot to take a picture while I caught it with my napkin.
The waitress “didn’t hear” my wife ordered her cold Ramen.
The Ramen was below average, the noodles was overcooked and mushy. Surprised how they survive this long. The location I guess?
They offered 20% discount in the end, couldn’t make up the awful experience, but at least they tried.

Delicious food and good service

Was there during happy hours. The deal is good. Service was great. However the food didn't meet expectations. The most upset me is ramen. Soup still cold and noodles overcook. Raw food not fresh also and we got stomachache after that. I did went toilet 3 times at night and my boyfriend got upset stomach too. Bad experiences for first time.

This ramen place is right outside the Walmart supercenter. It's a chain and I have seen many same names across different palaces like downtown Vancouver.
I entered the restaurant because I saw they are selling 12 dollars ramen for limited period of time and I realized there is a requirement to order something else after I entered and started ordering. I added a Sapporo beer which the waitress forgot to bring me while I was half way finishing my ramen.

The taste is good and genuine. It's been a while and this is the first time I have Japanese tonkotsu ramen outside Japan.

Reasonable price after all. Can't blame.

Space is a bit tiny so can feel somewhat packed and noisy during busy hours. Good food and drink selection, solid taste too 🍜❤️

Do NOT eat here. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The food made my boyfriend and I VIOLENTLY sick almost immediately after we ate. We began feeling sick once we started driving and almost didn’t make the short 10 minute drive home.. The food tasted OK but was obviously not prepared properly and contaminated in some way. We will never ever go back here after that experience. We both had ramen and shared poke tacos fyi.
