This Tim Hortons location is incredibly busy and appears understaffed. The staff station layout is poor, causing inefficiency and long wait times. The dining room had trash all over and the trash cans were full. One bathroom was closed and the other had a dangerously destroyed toilet seat. Access is difficult due to concrete barricades. While some food like the chili was good, an apple fritter was very short on apples. However, other customers report a positive experience with smiling faces and fresh, fast food and coffees.
