Thought we’d give them another shot after our visits over the last few years have been underwhelming for dinners. Yet again, underwhelmed on the rooftop patio. Too bad, the location has such great potential for us locals to take in the view and have a few drinks. 👎🏻
We showed up with four rooms booked for several days and the restaurant was closed for renovations. No mention of this on their website at time of booking and no one from hotel let us know. The general manager ignored my request for a phone call the entire trip. Unprofessional.
room provided was immediately underneath a wedding party. Music was easily heard in room and ceiling, walls and floor were constantly shaking. Staff were unable to appease our displeasure.
