Well, we went there for the buffet but there wasn't one because they were short staffed. So, we ordered off the menu. Chicken Fried Rice, Chicken Chow Mein and Sweet n Sour Pork. The rice and chow mein were somewhat bland and the pork was ordinary. The service was excellent though.
We had take out last night. 6 dishes for $85. Good portions. Good quality. The chicken chow mien needs a bit of improvement. Bbq pork fried rice was great. Best wok Stir fry was loaded. All in all its our new go to Chinese take out.
I’m in town from the Lower Mainland for work and have been struggling for decent take-out food. I had hoped Best Wok would change that, but I was wrong. I ordered the chicken chow mein and sweet and sour boneless pork. The noodles in the chow mein were tender, but cut into short strands and the chicken was dry and tasted over cooked. The sweet and sour boneless pork was dry and the flavour was off.If you’re in a pinch for Chinese food, I imagine there are some other decent...
