*DID YOU KNOW: all of their croissants are baked in a Nordic oven which, is why they’re slightly darker and more crunchy. Aaaand, did you know that their pastries are all true sourdough which has been fermented for four days before they develop the pastries?🥐 ☕️
They don’t offer syrup, because they’re Nordic coffee shop not American style. This place is unique.

Was there today to get a rugbrød. It is a typical Danish 🇩🇰 bread. As a Danish / Canadian citizen I have missed my rugbrød, so when I saw the store in the Campbell River, I was sold. I shopped one to take with me on our trip. Couldn’t wait to come to the cabin,had to have a bite. It is lovely. Thanks to the wonderful people in the coffee store.
Loved the croissants! So fresh and the seeds were such a nice compliment ❤️ Yum!
