This is by far the most premium coffee to be had in Oregon. These are lovingly crafted, original recipes that taste great. She uses distilled milk, which is a nightmare to make and time-intensive; it and the banana milk are delicious. The Strawberry Alarm Clock with banana milk is my go-to and highly recommended. Kōhi Time Coffee Counter is a cool spot with a cute shop and a lovely lady who runs it. The drinks are top tier and different than anything at other coffee shops. The matcha is hands down the best in town; it is delicious and doesn't taste like standard cheap matcha. The drinks are curated with love and made with real ingredients and so much care. Specific drinks mentioned include the Bananas Daniel, which is so yummy, and the 007, which is genuinely some of the best coffee ever had with perfectly balanced flavours. The “whoa” Hojicha drink is also incredible. The cup and straw are eco-friendly. Customers are blown away and recommend stopping by to try the matcha specials or the black sesame iced latte.
