“Barry's is the only Jewish deli in town. They make a great matzo ball soup (extremely dense matzo balls if that is what you prefer) and Hungarian mushroom soup! They have a lot of delicious baked goods, including items like hamantaschen, bialys, and varying types of rugelach among a sea of other choices. The service isn't very warm and the seating area itself leaves a lot to be desired but I think it's mostly on par for what you'd expect at an order at the counter deli.“
“My first visit today.I love it!All vegan (plant based.) All organic.Everything made in house. No artificial sweeteners. The atmosphere is clean, open, and bright.I was pleasantly greeted by the owner, Bethany, who gave me the helpful and informative run down on what they do.I am sorry for those reviewers from 10 months ago that had such a poor experience. I would encourage them to give this place another try. I will certainly be back!Vegetarian options: 100% plant based vegan.“
“The best Coffee in Eugene.Organic Coffee Beans, Organic Whole Milk, and a couple Organic flavorings like Vanilla!Thank you for having such great Coffee with Premium Organically Certified Ingredients!NamasteDietary restrictions: Organic only Ingredients options!“
“Southpine is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast or to bring new people to share a coffee or a meal with. They are super friendly, the place is cozy and comfortable, they always have great music playing, and the food is unbelievably fresh, tasty, and clean. So so good! Highly recommend! My pic is of a to-go order I carried home and jumbled up some …it’s usually even more beautiful if you eat there.“
“We were travelling out of state and stopped at Soko Coffee yesterday. The coffee was amazing. We had the chai and the vanilla latte. The apple turnover was delicious. The cafe itself was very nice and cosy. It’s a good place for short meetings. I’d love to come back here if we’re ever back in Eugene.“
“Best drink/coffee place ever! Seriously, everything is so delicious, pretty and made with care. The drinks are very creative and there's really fun specials too. The owner is always so nice and friendly and it's clear that they put a great amount of time and effort into every detail. A gift to Eugene and so much appreciated!Dietary restrictions: Oat-Milk as a Dairy alternative“
“They make my coffee perfect every time & never judge me for getting my THREE scoops of syrup in my lattes (‘: The owner and manager are just coolio peeps. Lots of syrupy syrup, foodie food & milky milk options. just all around love the vibey vibes. Only complaint would be that there isn’t more darky dark pines in Oregon.“
“Classic variety of fresh made bagels with some interesting and fun additions (like the breakfast sandwiches and bialys). I grew up in South Florida, where seriously good New York-style bagels are a religion, and Lox, Stocks, & Bagels satisfies my bagel needs while also providing friendly service. Glad to have them in town!“
“I will drive more than 30 miles out of my way to get coffee at Global Delights Coffee (really I'd drive more and often do.) I love their coffee! They use organic ingredients which makes all the difference. Yum! AND their baristas are the BEST!! They're fast, friendly and make the best coffee, no matter who makes it. They're all fantastic people, who make great coffee. I highly recommend!!“
“Although the location may be off the beaten path a bit, it's well worth the trip inside this super cute bakery. I take my 3 year old for a treat here every now and then, and they do catering. The cake pops, coffee cake, Italian sodas, and home-made chai are some favorite menu items. But we really just love the whimsical atmosphere, with everything decorated in an Alice in Wonderland theme. There is also a separate sitting room with a couch and children's books that we love to visit. It would be wonderful for a small tea party gathering.“
“Andy and his team are wonderful, he even came out to speak with us. Food is top notch, and tastes like comfort food. Authentic Cuban food that takes you back to Miami! Very excited to have Cuban food in Eugene! We had Ropa Vieja and Pollo a la Plancha.“
“Highly recommend you try this place! Their food is made with fresh, nutritional ingredients, AND it tastes like heaven. I feel like I spend the same amount of $ here as I would at a fast food place, but I get a better serving size, and my body feels so nourished afterward. I liked the smoothie I tried as well! Something I really appreciate is the fast and friendly service. They offer online ordering and curbside pickup, so it's literally just as convenient as a drive-thru! It's such a great feature, especially for mommas of toddlers like myself who prefer to avoid the added work of getting your child out and back in the car seat while hungry. I will definitely be frequenting this place.“
“Great selection of egg bennies! Can order a single. Food was fresh, hot & served timely. Wait staff was terrific. Venue is a cute little cottage. Few seats inside. But like all older buildings, everything was worn & the heating system was either not working or undersized.“
“By far the best cup of coffee in town, and such a cute cozy atmosphere! I love that the space is big enough that it doesn't feel crowded but not so big that it isn't cozy. The staff were all friendly and helpful and my son and I loved our pastries. I definitely want to come back and try the lunch menu and buy some beans!Kid-friendliness: I brought my baby and 4 year old and it was fairly kid friendly! I didn't get any vibes that people were annoyed and they have pastry options that kids might enjoy.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp going to and from the parking lot.“
“Very yummy! They have a lot of fun and delicious treats, and options for dietary needs. My favorite? Vegan sausage, egg and cheese. SO yummy! And on a bagel, plain or everything.I like their coffee, if you get iced though pre-warning the cups are very small! But still delicious. The employees are nice and overall have a good atmosphere. It is a smaller place and usually full, so plan to grab and go or bundle up to sit outside (or just dress according to the weather) their outside seating is nice too! Parking is meh. In the Whitt. So up to you how you feel about street parking. My husband and I go about every other week, I'm just pointing out the pros and cons for ya!“
“I’ve been going to this little Cafe for almost two years and Daisy is by far one of the best barista’s in town. Always does a perfect job on my coffee no matter my order. I’ve seen her completely swamped with guests and always manages to stay calm cool and collected! Great little coffee stop“
“I just found this restaurant last night. Fantastic food, great service! We had the Pumpkin Curry and Flat Noodle dishes---Wow!!! I didn't know about this cafe before, but it's now one of my favorites in town. And lucky for me, it's only a mile from my home. Yay!!“
“Haven't written a review before, but I've been here quite a few times now and really like it. The coffee is great and the location is too! There's a neat little corner outside in the back for those who want a little more privacy and quiet also.“
“This place is cute. My mom got the spicy chai and it was way too spicy and not expected; we don't recommend that one. But I got the sweet chai and it was pretty decent. I'm sure if we got a pastry it would've been a better experience! The workers were very nice!“
“Actually I do NOT recommend this place! I ordered the RBG sandwich, and it was one of the worst sandwiches I ever had. The bread was dry and the ingredients were skimpy and fell out of the bread. The chickpea spread was almost non-existent. I paid $8 but it was worth about $1.50. I do NOT recommend this sandwich or this place.“
“Yelp took us here, and it's worth the high rating. First, the baristas are great. Helpful, friendly, and aim to please. I had a turmeric latte (I can never remember the proper name on this drink), which was excellent and made with care. We were there in the early afternoon, and mocha s ones that were wonderful. The store itself is very interesting. It looks like the baked goods are made onsite. There is an appealing selection of groceries. It is quiet and comfortable. A great find.“
“I love coming here. All the girls are super sweet and they make my drink amazing. I love that it's a local business and I love that when I get to go there I'm supporting that. They have the best chi and love that pumkin spice is back.Kid-friendliness: Love that they have kid friendly drinks and can make them with no caffeine.“
“Exactly what you are after. It's picturesque on a ? ? what are you looking for an iced coffee, something hot, something simple, or something fancy they have you covered. Convenient drive-thru, as well as walk up serviced with an awning so you don't get wet in the rain. When you're in Oregon don't go to Starbucks there's no excuse. Dutch Brothers is everywhere and this one is particularly good. You don't even have to learn crazy names for sizes. Sometimes if you ask they will have really cool stickers. Make sure to visit“
“Went on an outing to this lovely little shop. Keep in mind with as lovely as the food is the seating is outside and food is packaged to go. So there are canopies and tables to sit at though outside. So keep weather in your plans but do plan on trying their cheesecake of the month fla“
“This was a hidden gem I hadn't heard of prior to my visit. Coffees were exceptional. Pastries, though not sampled had me salivating and I plan to return more often, though likely to the newer library location. Jessica provided the epitome of great service and I left with a smile sipping my cup of joy.Vegetarian options: This establishment has vegetarian choices which are healthy and using quality whole food ingredientsDietary restrictions: There are options for many dietary restrictions.Parking: A large shared parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Families were present and enjoying themselves. It's a great setting for families from what I could see.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and meets ADA requirements. Anybody coming in is visually right in the front of house. Assistance would be immediate if needed-“
“Everytime I go there everyone is so nice a respectful I live in Salem and I take time out of my day to drive to Eugene and everytime I’m there everyone is very kind and they have a very clean environment and good prices for theirs drinks and they have amazing drinks too and I love stay woke it’s the best coffee shop in OregonVegetarian options: They have vegan options and they have them labelled very clearly so everyone can see itKid-friendliness: They have plenty of kid drink options and they are very sweet with the kids“
“Greg is extremely informative, a real world travel and gives a good price for excellant quality and gives good recommendations. I was always a french roast fan but took up advise to blend french dark roast with a Guatamalen med. roast and loved it. Nothing like exploring, fair trade coffee too, like the concept. Everyone is a winner! I'm switching from Costco to this place! Vicki Victoria Megowan (Vicki)“
“Good coffee at a great price. The 911 is my drink of choice. I'm not aware of anywhere else you can get a drink with 6 shots of espresso without paying $1+ extra per shot. They always make it consistent and are accommodating by making drinkable hot. They're always so cheery, and even if that's policy, it's a mood lifter.Dietary restrictions: They offer dairy free milks for your drinks.“
“Amazing coffee place!!! All of the workers are so lovely, and are always good to chat with. Their coffee is strong, tasty, and soulful. Always a good place to stop. Personally recommend any of their matcha drinks, cold brews, or a dirty chai. Cheers!“
“Some of the best house coffee I've ever had and reasonably affordably priced. It's a nice little coffee shop in the market district area on 5th Street located directly across the street from the 5th Street market. I'm a native born and raised here I'm 55 and this is home I love my city of Eugene And the market district area is booming with development that is amazing to me watching the transformation of what I've always considered to be a small town is really starting to get that big city vibe going on and it's really quite something to be a witness to it all and encourage everyone and welcome everyone to come on down and get yourself a cup of this awesome house coffee at tailored coffee roasters and browse through the 5th Street market and just take it all in. ?“
“The young woman who built this company from the ground up has shown amazing initiative in making this company what it is, and that’s AMAZING! Great coffee, wonderful service, a warm and friendly attitude and atmosphere from the employees. If you haven’t stopped by this little gem yet, YOU ARE MISSING OUT! Local entrepreneurs who are doing great things! Can’t wait to be by for another great cup of JAVA! ❤️❤️❤️“
“I won a fb contest and they mailed me coffee .. It's so good and the customer service top notch .. When ever I go to Eugene I will get my coffee here I support business that support me .. Cheers .. So impressed by service and beans .. Yummy PS coffee is my life thank you so much ...“
“I moved to Eugene in 2022 and MetroBru quickly became my favorite coffee kiosk/shop in town. The drinks are always great - consistent with good flavor and careful preparation (I cannot tell you how many times I have been handed a leaking/drippy drink at Starbucks or Dutch Bros over the years, but this never happens at MetroBru). The staff is always super friendly - special shout out to Katy, Angie, and Mia. My personal favorite drink is the blended mocha which has some great espresso/coffee flavor, is never sickeningly sweet as some blended beverages tend to be, and is always perfectly blended without being too thick or icy. They also have a rotating "specials" menu for various seasons/holidays which are lovely and unique. I only wish they had more than 1 location in the area. Keep up the great work!“
“I have been to just about all the Human Bean locations in Eugene and Springfield, and have great service from cheerful folks. I recommend the Caramel hazelnut mocha, iced, blended and hot. Also, try the Frozen Hot Chocolate, it won't disappoint.“
“I went for a quiet dinner with a friend. It was a relaxing environment, since there was no show that night and business was a little slow. We got salads and a pizza, the salads were acceptable, the dressing was good tasted like an in house emulsification. The pizza was very good, it was a bit bigger than I anticipated, the quality was good, the crust wanted to be a crispy thin crust without the crispy. So I liked it and would definitely go back. They had a full bar, that we did not divulge, how ever I’m sure their drinks are just as good as their food.“
“I recently found this place, I absolutely love the coffee from here and they have Great prices. What keeps me coming back is lewis the barista, Such a great energy to be around and super kind. This establishment is really lucky to have such an awesome employee. Come check them out? this is my new favorite coffee shop in town?“
“How do I Expresso my appreciation for the ladies of Cupz. There are just no words. Beyond the fabulous cup of coffee and milk shakes Cupz offers they possess some of the nicest barista's in Lane County. They are amazing. The coffee always amazing as well. Hundred percent fan for life.Go try it for yourself.“
“This may be my new favorite cafe. I don’t know what I was expecting of a cafe inside a climbing gym, but the Crux Cafe is one of the coziest, cutest spots I’ve been recently. There’s a fire going, the warmth of which is matched by that of the high gloss wooden tables and benches. The walls are a warm yellow that I find somehow not obnoxious despite my dislike of yellow. The decor is climbing themed and beautiful. It reminds me of a cozy study that I wish was in my own home.I got a spicy chai that was delicious. They use mount rose herbs for their teas and the care they put into it comes through in flavor. The cafe in general gives me the sense that someone put a lot of love into the design and I really appreciate what they have created.“
“Didn't live up to the hype I have heard about. Maybe I'm not in love with the flavors they have created as their roasting and bean choice seemed legit. My iced mocha was too acidic tasting for my liking. The area to sit outside the place was beautiful and peaceful for the area that surrounded it. A nice escape that I'll try again.“
“The best nutritional drinks you can get; tea, coffee and shakes! I love this place so much from the people who run it to the delish milkshakes that are actually good for you! Support this business!Dietary restrictions: Lots of alternatives to fit your needsKid-friendliness: Such a fun place!“
“Always a nice experience here. Was so happy to see them in this location. Love my Lavender Lattee. The girls were kind here and gave me a few extra chocolate coffee beans! I am hooked! Better than the big chains and the workers are so nice. Puts a smile on my face! ❤“
“Cute place with a great menu. The staff are so nice, you can tell an owner is always there on hand to help out. I love that they highlight artists on the front part of the store. Decent coffee! No oat milk.Lots of outlets, a nice place to sit and work for an hour or two. Good WiFi. I wish they stayed open longer!“
