“If there's a Starbucks to stop at it's this one! The sense of community you feel from the staff was outstanding. Everyone was so kind and went out of their way to make me a drink I was nervous about ordering on top of my regular order free of charge. Seriously so genuine and sweet it made my day!“

“I live near the 9th St. location and metolius chai is outstanding so is the young man who is there usually on Saturday am possibly Latino and a super professional!!! Give him a raise! However I wish I could compliment others as much. In particular a 20 something female blonde hair who has now on 2 occasions asked me again for my order at the window after giving my order previously at the drive up speaker. Also she’s not attentive to the process and has to repeat questions such as the size of the beverage. Better training needed or better employees.“

“This place is awesome! I got the Mocha, my granddaughter got the Chi Latte, and her friend got hot chocolate. It was so good we went back the next day when we got the same thing except the granddaughter decided on the Pumpkin Chi Latte. It was excellent as well and the staff was also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Coffee Culture!“

“Went to the Starbucks downtown Corvallis to pick up customer order it was poorly put together in the back which it leaked all over when I got to customers home. I went to the closer Starbucks to get order due to the other Starbucks posing a rotten disposition when I explained that it had dumped everywhere. They weren’t willing to offer assistance at first. The two ladies who helped me this morning were quick, thorough, professional and empathetic about the circumstances I was experiencing! The 3rd St Starbucks is not good or needs to get better help who addresses situations in an appropriate manner and doesn’t act out or appear irritable with the customer.“

“The staff at this shop are the best. They’re super sweet and try really hard to remember people. The drinks are great. I’m not a big PSL fan but they really go all out and put real pumpkin puree and brown sugar into the drinks (I think it’s a fall special?). It’s sounds weird but oh man, it’s tasty. Plus, I just love that they went the extra mile. The cranberry orange scones are incredible and I recently tried the carrot apple muffin, which was good too.“

“This is an evolving restaurant. It has grown into this space as it's 3rd quality opportunity to enjoy food, friends, and a gentle respite from food without a soul. This is quality food that was badly needed as we move back into a more normal social sphere with improving community. And tasteful fun food.

“First time visitor & I will return! I tried the jalapeño bagel with garlic & herb cream cheese. So delicious!! Fresh squeezed orange juice was amazing as well. The folks working were very nice too!“

“I got a bacon breakfast sandwich, which was dry and didn't taste like the ones I got at other Starbucks, but I loved the Summer Berry drink. Good seating and space for working and fairly friendly service. I can't complain about anything, I've just been to better Starbucks.“
