“Heather and her Pacific Perks mobile coffee, Italian soda, and sundae bar were the absolute hit of the Albany Chamber of Commerce Greeters event I attended! Not only were the drinks delicious and refreshing, but Heather's friendly service and vibrant energy really added to the atmosphere. All the guests were raving about the unique experience. I'll definitely be booking Pacific Perks for my next big event!“

“If you're looking you're looking for delicious coffee and amazing customer service look no further. As a traveling salesman, I must start my day off right. Every morning I visit these ladies, always greeted with a smile and great conversation. Most importantly, the coffee is the best in town. The only complaint I have is that I'm on the road too much to get something to eat or drink in the afternoon.“

“I like to treat myself to something from Starbucks when I make the drive in to Albany from Corvallis to get prescriptions at the CVS in this Target. Every time I have done so, I have been pleased with the friendly service. Sometimes they seem a bit understaffed for the level of busyness, but they have always apologized if wait seemed long and are efficient and attentive when it is my turn to order. I have always received the exact drink I ordered (I do have a more complicated order!) Actually, every employee I have interacted with at this Target, no matter the setting (pharmacy, checkout, Starbucks, etc.) is friendly.“

“I'm not sure if the speaker system has issues or what the problem was, but I had to repeat my order four times. The order was delivered with an extra beverage that I did not request, which I sent back. The beverages were tasty and the servers were friendly.“

“I came in today, August 23 2025. There was a lone server named Mackenzie. She was so incredibly sweet. I’d been looking all over for boba since summers ending and this location had it. She gave me extra because she said since they didn’t have the drink no one orders it. She was super helpful and friendly and the best costumer service I’ve seen in a long time. I hope she goes on to do great things!!“

Also for my hot drink I will get a 12 oz. , triple shot, sugar free, non-fat Vanilla/Carmel Latte. You know what ? I never have to repeat my drink order. “I mean it's Starbucks what can I say. I like their egg white bites & small NITRO cold brew with almond milk. (Must say nitro) But truth be told if I want better coffee I drive just across airport Rd to the Santiam coffee drive thru. But if I want great coffee and a cool atmosphere to hang out I'm going to dark bloom. Even though I think the best coffee in town is Cafe moo they're not always open. Anyway I guess it boils down to Starbucks is my 4th choice in Lebanon. Unless you're just one of those people who has to speed through life and get your things as quickly as possible. Santiam coffee just across the street their drive-thru line is always shorter than Starbucks.“

“The food was hot (unlike Burger King) The service was very nice and professional (with some chuckles, but you can still be professional and laugh. Don’t be a snoot) The food was delicious and I still think McDonald’s fries are the best! Oh and McDonald’s has the best chicken nuggets. My spicy chicken sandwich was perfectly done and my girlfriend’s cheeseburgers were also perfect as always. The staff was awesome! Only drawback, diet Dr. Pepper was out :( Not sure if the ice cream machine was working, but this meme is over played, but I had to add it to the review to make it official.“
