Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews regarding its service and value. Some customers report feeling rushed by staff, with one barista seeming annoyed. The limited menu and steep prices are noted compared to other locations. However, many reviews highlight super friendly and accommodating staff who make drinks perfect and are very attentive to children, creating a great experience for families. Specific service issues include problems using reward points and a drive-up incident where a customer could not order a melon energy drink in a grande size, being told it was only available in venti. The parking lot is also described as a nightmare.
