Service was good, coffee was not. Ordered an 20 oz iced Americano, four shots with cream. It was very watered down and I doubt it had four shots in it. My wife's iced mocha with four shots was also watered down. Not sure what the issue was but we we're disappointed. Service was friendly though.
The coffee is OK, the price is great, the baristas are miserable. I'll admit that I frequent the other non-bucks coffee kiosk down the road; but occasionally, I go to The Human Bean because it has a walk-up window (easier for walking the dog to). The coffee is nothing to write home about, but it's a great price and does the job. The baristas, though, are almost universally unfriendly to the point where it's kind of funny. The drinks taste good and they have a nice selection of sizes. I appreciate that their large size isn’t just all ice.They give a free chocolate coated coffee bean with the coffees.They have some satisfying food options. I recommend the chorizo breakfast sandwich.It’s a place where you drive up, grab coffee, and leave. No reason to stick around, but it’s in a big parking lot if you do need to stop and rest.
