Dairy Queen Reviews
My wife ordered a chocolate chip cookie dough blizzard while I ordered a chocolate malt. I got a decent malt but my wife’s blizzard was completely melted. They need fully retrained at this location as they are supposed to tip it upside down BEFORE handing it to you. We paid over $10 for slop that isn’t fit for a hog farm.
Got to the drive through window, paid for the blizzard, got my change, they handed me a MELTED Blizzard and shut the window.
Twice in past 2 weeks I've purchased a chocolate extreme blizzard. First, the restaurant doesn't have chocolate ice cream. That is without to say a major fail. To make chocolate, they add chocolate sauce, which is not as dark as the soft serve original and

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill offers a mix of experiences, with many noting both the friendly staff and the quick service. Customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere, especially highlighting the kindness of staff members like Azalea. The restaurant is praised for its great value, particularly for ice cream treats in Albany. Some traditional favorites, such as GRAVY as a dipping sauce and chocolate sundaes, still delight returning customers after many years.
However, there are significant concerns regarding food quality and order accuracy. One customer had a frustrating experience with a complicated burger order that was not prepared as requested, leading to disappointment. Issues like excessive mayonnaise and old toast were reported, along with poor customer service when concerns were raised. Drive-thru experiences also varied, with some customers receiving incorrect orders or experiencing attitude from staff.
While some diners enjoy their meals and the friendly service, others encountered dirty tables and subpar food, leading to mixed feelings about returning. Despite these challenges, there are moments of positive feedback about the drive-thru efficiency and overall value. The restaurant seems to be a nostalgic spot for many, but consistency in food quality and service appears to be an area needing improvement.
