Staff is not friendly. Long wait times. We ordered Extra hot fudge(they charge 80 cents for that) and had to ask for it again at the window because the sundae barley had any!!! Come on, get it together. And customer service!? Teach your staff to be polite, kind.
The food was amazing, my son had the triple back yard burger. He said it's the best hamburger he has ever had. The lobby it was so clean and in there prep area too. I was amazed. Very friendly and hard working staff

If I’m paying $5 dollars for a MINI blizzard, I expect there to be mix-ins. I asked for an Oreo blizzard and got 2 pieces of Oreo and some ice cream. The girl taking our order at the speaker was less than thrilled to be working, she was pretty rude. Not a great experience. I’d rather just get cookies and cream ice cream at the grocery, at least I’ll get cookies in my ice cream. Don’t need to come back here.
