Not a very good experience, and they have no empathy for anyone. Don't like the fact that the last time I was in, the guys working there had beards and weren't wearing beard covers. Who wants hair in their food. Another customer waiting mentioned it to me, and I was already thinking the same thing...
Store made a mistake with my pizza, so they gave me the incorrect pizza along with the correct one, and they found me a better "in-store" coupon than the "online coupon" I used, so they saved me some money as well. Very pleasantly surprised with the service I received.
