Very friendly. Good quality.
My favorite butcher shop so far, literally almost always has the cuts of meats im looking for and good cuts as well, they'll even reserve pork fat for aroma oils I make for ramen if you call them in the morning. My only complaint is that they dont sell pork bones, but those I can get at an Asian Market so not a big complaint.
This is a lovely spot with excellent customer service and the best selection of meats in the area.
