“So very disappointed at SHORTSTOPS hamburger, shakes, and fries. Was made fresh drove to Hyak Park (5min drive) tots so piled with salt and the mass amount of grease left the food soggy and grossly over seasoned, notice the amounts of grease on the bag and every napkin soaked in grease, the tots containers soaked in grease , and the soggy squished buns. Went to get my money back because 2 meals $40.50 is outrageous when you cant even eat it. The thin gal with long pretty blonde hair rolled her eyes at me saying well they are greasy burgers. I said the shakes were great and my child was starving and ate the burger that was on top away from all the grease. I would be willing to pay for that but wanted a refund for everything else. So spent 40.50 got refunded in cash $15. Not fn cool. fyi 2 shakes and a double chz burger is $23 (still over priced for size and quality compared to lets say Hasty Freeze) Hire some decent cooks that can recognize they fuc@*d up. And do the right thing instead of still purposely screwing over customers and trying to gaslight folks that thats how burgers and tots are supposed to be. you should be ashamed of how your employees represent your establishment and what they are serving to the community. ZERO stars. first and last time I will spend money here.“

“Great People, Great Food, Great Atmosphere“

“I’ve spent most of my life bouncing between Mexico and California, and I will say my standards are high when it comes to Mexican food. I don’t look for Michelin Star quality - I look for authentic, tastes-like-abuela’s-cooking. While passing through Albany, I stopped at Victorico’s without knowing anything about it, it was just a convenient location.
I stepped in and first found the restaurant to be small, but very clean - a huge step up from similar restaurants I’ve been to. The cashier was friendly (although she didn’t know what I ordered was actually on the menu), and the menu itself was on digital boards; easy to read with a wide variety, and very fair pricing.
I’ve been missing tortas, as I don’t live in a place with Mexican food, so I ordered a cheese steak torta. I must say, the first bite zoomed me back to a hot Mexicali kitchen, biting into some of the best asada I’ve ever had in a torta. It was absolutely delicious and a bit emotional, as well (I do miss my dear Lilia!).

“Y'all need to get some more workers on this place. The people here seem really nice, the food is pretty good, but they were stretched thin and I felt really bad cause I initially got annoyed until I saw it was like a few people. I think that more workers would help with making this place better.“

“Haven't had Arby's in over a decade and tried the Greek gyros due to a craving for them, and they were excellent. As most fast food places these days, went in with low expectations and assumed not much meat would be on them, but I was wrong by a mile. These were loaded with meat and thick; fresh; and tasted really good. This store location had friendly service and the place was clean. With the exception of any price hikes or cutting of toppings, will be a regular here now...at least for the gyros.“

“Had the lamb shawarma - absolutely delicious, good portion size for the price, amd overall a high quality product. Will definitely be coming here again next time I'm in Albany.

“My husband and I are on a trip up North and A&W is our favorite stop to make. We stopped on a Thursday around noon on March 12 and the gal who got us our food was the kindest and most considerate. If you are looking for a very pleasant place to stop and enjoy some yummy food, we highly recommend this place! Worth the 5 minute wait for fresh made burgers and great service! Wish we would have caught her name to give her more recognition! P.s. one of the better A&W’s we have eaten at!!“

“Dave's Double always juicy n delicious. Baconator fries are just cheesy fries with slices of bacon on it not bacon bits. I love the drink machine with different flavors. The long bench up front by the register has wholes in it and needs new cushions.“

“We had such a great experience at the Burger King here in Albany. The store manager working the evening of Dec 5th was incredible — friendly, attentive, and clearly willing to jump in wherever he was needed. He was running the register, wiping tables, chatting with customers, and still took a moment to apologize for our (very short!) wait even though we had a large order. He even warmed up cookies for our boys, which absolutely made their night.

We didn’t catch his name, but you just don’t see that level of care and work ethic at fast food restaurants anymore, especially in Albany. He truly deserves recognition for the way he runs that store.“

“I had a great experience the other evening, when I brought my kids. The staff was so kind. Especially Azalea, she went out of her way to make sure we felt welcomed. We got our order fast, and it absolutely hit the spot. Great value for ice cream in Albany. We will definitely be coming back.“

“I always go to subway and i always have great experiences. but the last couple weeks every time I go i don’t see my favorite server. for several months i would always be greeted by a very nice young man named Draedon. but he hasn’t been there the past couple times. I don’t know if he quit or was fired but I want him back.“

I go about once a week and get my meatball marinara footlong on mondays when its the featured sandwich for the day. !!! Sandwich chips and soda for a little over 10$! Its my favorite!“

“I really like Jersey Mike's in general. I grew up on the East Coast and subs were something I loved and we had so many small family owned ships to choose from. Still love good sandwiches and I think they deliver most of the time. I had the new roasted chicken and it was good but there was one problem with it. I always get Mike's Way and I have had this problem a few times. The bottom layer of the roll was soggy so much that I had to remove it and eat the sandwich open face. I ate in store so it wasn't because I took it somewhere else before eating it. I didn't say anything when I was there because the crew was very busy and as I was leaving I thought that this has happened at other Mikes locations as well. I am not sure if it is just someone adding too much vinegar or something else. My sandwich did sit waiting to be cut and wrapped for a bit so maybe that has something to do with it .“

“The food was hot (unlike Burger King) The service was very nice and professional (with some chuckles, but you can still be professional and laugh. Don’t be a snoot) The food was delicious and I still think McDonald’s fries are the best! Oh and McDonald’s has the best chicken nuggets. My spicy chicken sandwich was perfectly done and my girlfriend’s cheeseburgers were also perfect as always. The staff was awesome! Only drawback, diet Dr. Pepper was out :( Not sure if the ice cream machine was working, but this meme is over played, but I had to add it to the review to make it official.“
