So very disappointed at SHORTSTOPS hamburger, shakes, and fries. Was made fresh drove to Hyak Park (5min drive) tots so piled with salt and the mass amount of grease left the food soggy and grossly over seasoned, notice the amounts of grease on the bag and every napkin soaked in grease, the tots containers soaked in grease , and the soggy squished buns. I finally got the chance to try Shortstops and I keep going back! I can’t use the drive through due to truck&trailer but it’s worth a walk from the nearby parking lot!
My sister and I tried this place today and we loved it! We had some burgers and some tater tots. I personally wasn’t a fan of the fry sauce, but I’ve been known to not like it, so I wasn’t disappointed. The employee who took our order was very friendly and brought a great first time experience for us. She was bubbly and nice. I wish I remembered her name.
