“I ordered the cotton candy blizzard and I got a Med which is almost seven dollars!!! Only half my blizzard had the candy in it on the top all the blizzard on the bottom was just plain vanilla ice cream. I didn’t pay that much for just vanilla ice cream and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Very disappointed with how they make blizzards now.“

“I had a job interview there and it went fine but then I got asked to go sign papers, I went in on Tuesday like the manager had asked me to, I go and I wait an hour just for her to find the time to tell me that it's on Wednesday, I thought it was an honest mistake. I went and signed some papers and watched an informal video about food safety and I was told I started on Sunday at 4AM, I go Sunday at 4AM and I find myself waiting in the car for an hour until anyone shows up, my trainor said they open at five on Sundays and I was confused on why BROOKE didn't tell me that, Monday I arrived at 4AM and I was waiting in this dark sketchy parking lot until 5 again and on tuesday and Wednesday the same thing happened, I sent my manager I'm gonna call her out again, BROOKE messages every morning stating I was stuck in the parking lot, as of today I have collected photos and videos of me being alone and having no one there, she FINALLY got back to me and stated that never happened because she "checked the cameras" and the assistant manager was there at my arrival, he most certainly was not and she said "I'm sorry you feel that way" and "i don't know why you decided to just sit in your car" gaslighting much? I asked one of my friends why they quit McDonald's and she had the same awnser that she was stuck with incorrect times and arriving an hour before anyone else got there. Not only does manager BROOKE go outside to smoke while on the clock, she makes her new employees and without a doubt probably old as well, feel unvalued. This woman does more then violate company policy and I hope corporate takes action.“

“Ordered online, and immediately drove in to pick up the order. It was already in the pickup area; food was hot, and the ice was still fresh in the drink. I live less than half a mile away, so that is fast.
Parking: There are 8 (?) parking spots for the main door. They share space in a small shopping center, so no business has any more spots than that.“

“The best part of my experience was that they were open early. It is nice to burger it up for breakfast! Very Pulp Fiction. The manager was very helpful with the new summer menu. Thanks for knowing your job and performance. The fries were legit. Better than the McDonalds. I would go back just for the fries.“

“I have a great experience every time I come into this particular location. I can’t say enough good things. From the employees to the management, Cleanliness, service and atmosphere everything is always on point. If there is a mistake in the order they happily make it right. Love this location!“

“The manager- I believe his name was Tony-was super sweet and I had a great experience passing through here today. It’s really strange walking into a place where you can just order on computers, but I guess we are living in the FUTURE, after all. Thanks for the ranch, too!“

“The staff is awesome! The complaints are coming from the awful and highly disrespectful customers. If this is how yall act in Monmouth, I'd say you're lucky any service industry worker serves you at all. Zero stars and five middle fingers to the rude people people of this town, yall are gross.“

“Ate inside with 4 adults & 2 little kids. Fries didn't seem fresh. Great food and desert choices! Old fashioned hamburgers-love em, and shakes, among other items! (I often have the chicken strips basket, which I love!) Most service attention given to drive-thru. Inappropriate music playing...nerve wracking & we had children with us. This DQ needs more comfort & enjoyment for all customers. All things considered, I'd come back for the food any day, any time! Fair prices for the quality & choices of food.“

“It was good and enjoyable but I will say that the staff/employees can be extremely rude so I do infact recommend to be polite peaceful and respectful inside of this taco bell.But overall I give it an overall rating of ★★★★
Kid-friendliness: They are extremely kind and very friendly towards kids (at least most of them are)
Parking: It is mostly a grocery store parking lot so you have all of the room you need.
Wheelchair accessibility: If you have a wheelchair then you are in luck because the restaurant has a door that is wider than most so that wheelchairs can enter“

“The kids love the ice cream here, plus it's cheaper than McDonald's. Outside is their ice cream machine can't make the same consistency of ice cream for all my kiddos in one transaction. So some get softer ice cream, sometimes even have to have it in a cup because it will fall off of the cone.“
