“The quality of this location has gone down significantly in recent years. The food is always messy and inconsistent; if it's even correct. We often have to go inside after going through the drive thru because they forgot items. Today we went through the second line and three other people came through the other one, they never said anything over the intercom so we had to drive back around. The people working seem like they hate their jobs. It was never like that before. Dallas is a small town and should have great customer service.It's worth it to drive over to Independence or just skip McDonald's all together and go somewhere else.“
“I have worked in fast food for 6 years. Was when I was in high school and into my 20's. But to be told to use the app or the kieosk to order when I saw 4 employees just standing and talking. I was paying with cash. So why not take my order. This genatation is lazy.“
“Always great food although at a premium price! Update 3/24 use your card, they either can't make change or felt the need to keep $2 of my change. I just thought they jacked the prices up again until I happened to look at my receipt. I did let management know but did not want to drive back in and deal with it.“
“This is a pretty good Carl's. The food is consistently good quality. The only downside is the prices are pretty steep for middle-of-the-road burgers ($9+ for just the sandwich). Some of the drive-thru staff don't care to acknowledge you other than tossing the bag out of the window, but a few are friendly.“
“MOST IMPORTANT FACT: 1) IT'S A SUBWAY. This is NOT fine dining. If you have eaten at a Subay then you know what to expect. Overall they are ALL the same. The food and atmosphere are GENERIC. Where they can NOT and are NOT the same is in the employees. So a person could rate both food and atmosphere in MOST CASES the same. However NO TWO PEOPLE ARE THE SAME. I do not remember the name of the young man who helped me but he was great. MOST IMPORTANT.....he listened to me. It has been years since I have been in a Subway. I realize "IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE " but I was not sure what I wanted and pricing (does something cost extra). He gave this OLDER MAN extra attention and help. So, that's what made me give 5 stars for him. Too bad Biden-itis has infected me and I can not remember his name.“

“Really the best burgers in town as far as fast food is concerned. I don't know if they get their meat meat locally but it seems to be a higher grade of meat than the rest of the fast-food very good the only negative thing I would say is that they're insanely slow but fresh if you have a good 15 to 30 minutes for fast food it is the superior choice“

“Due to lobby being closed for their renovation, I had to go through drive-thru, it had an extremely long line and I thought I had to be there forever but it was really fast. They were amazing at speaker and faster at the window. My food was hot and tasted amazing. They asked my kids if they wanted crowns and they loved them! Can’t wait to return.“
