“First time having firehouse subs. I was expecting it to be a little better than it was. Place was clean and staff seemed friendly but I do think they should be wearing hairnets. Even though hair was up, some had messy hair. I ordered online and got my sandwich and took it to work and it was pretty soggy. Not sure if that's normal or because I asked for oil and vinegar on mine or what. It didn't taste bad though and veggies looked fresh and the grilled onions were perfect. Definitely would eat here again but maybe only as dine in.“
“So, my client wanted Bo & Vine. Ordering was a process as it was a huge order but it worked out. I needed the order by a certain time and they said they would do their best as the delivery was at the mercy of Door Dash. Bo & Vine the food is good. However, Door Dash is horrible. The food was an hour and half late. Bo & Vine asked how everything was and I told them Door Dash was horrible and the guy was rude. I hope he didn’t get the tip that was part of the order. Bo & Vine did right and gave an instore credit and said they would not use Door Dash. So, Thank You Bo & Vine for your excellent Customer Service. Appreciate it“
“Updating my review. My friend and I were disappointed and not impressed. Aibertos used to be delicious. Tonight we ordered a chili relleno burrito which was subpar. I ordered 2 Pollo asado chicken tacos. They came without the guacamole this time. Not good. I also ordered rice, and instead got fries. The service was awful. And no red sauce was available. I hope the manager or owner sees this review, as we have been long time customers.“

My personal favorites are well done fries and a vanilla peanut butter salted caramel bacon shake (just try it!! ?)Vegetarian options: You can have your order made how you like it. Prices are comparable to typical fast food establishments, but the quality and taste are far superior. The burgers are stuffed full of toppings. You have a size option for your burgers. “I've read mixed reviews about Nancy Jo's and so thus far avoided it. In a pinch, we were pretty desperate for lunch and so gave it a try. It was mostly pretty good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the burgers were cooked well. The fries, while tasty, did have some potatoes with green parts. We just picked those out. I would eat here again.“
“Girl in the front needs more training in being helpful and pleasant. We ordered in the store for two to-go pies. Waited in the car for 20 mins only to find out she never put the order in. On a positive note, pizza is good and the guys making it were apologetic.“

“The classic double was good but they really skimp when adding onions and leaf lettuce. You are paying extra and you get three micro sliced pieces of onion and one slightly wilted lettuce leaf. More care is needed when assembling the sandwiches. They are a mess when served with all the insides sliding out all around the bun.Why not just bring back the "super" instead of me having to add everything that used to come on it?On the plus side, the crinkle fries were perfectly done and served hot! Unfortunately the cherry tarts were a bit stale.“
“I cannot say enough good things about this place. Everyone was so friendly and they were working their butts off. I would like to directly thank Johnny who gave me outstanding customer service. I ordered within the app, and i had never been to this location, obviously because it's new, and my maps took me to the wrong side. It said the building was located within the Willamette town center mall so when I parked, the mall said permanently closed, and I was confused. I tried calling but they were busy so due to the time lost for my lunch break, I just went to McDonald's. I was finally able to get a hold of them when I returned to work. I wanted to be sure to notify them that I would be unable to pick up my sandwich. Johnny said this has been a common thing and he informed me they would remake my sandwich next time I wanted to come in (since I already paid) and he also gave me a coupon. He was very understanding. Long story short, this is located in front of McGraths. It is not in the mall nor next to Home Goods/Ulta/etc like the maps shows.“
“Been to this particular location several times now, and it's been consistently decent. They make the sandwich from start to finish in front of you, so it's pretty easy to tell if they're doing something wrong - haven't experienced any issues, but for those who are concerned about getting the wrong orders, or having ingredients added/left off, this is a plus.The quality of the food is top notch for a restaurant of this type - much, much better than Subway. Their bread has much better texture and has a nice, chew. It's not overly soft or mushy. Their gimmick is that they slice the meat and cheese when they make your sandwich, which, theoretically might make it slightly fresher than otherwise - it does add bit of time to the process though, and I'm not sure how much freshness it really adds, but it's kind of fun to watch.They have a small selection of toppings you can choose from, which all seem to be freshly prepared. I like their sweet peppers. They offer to make your sandwich "Mike's Way", which is basically putting a bunch of lettuce, some Italian seasoning, a little pepper, and some olive oil and vinegar on your sandwich.Parking: There should be plenty of parking in the parking lot. It's much easier to enter the lot from Sunnyside than from Commercial - especially if you're heading North.Kid-friendliness: They can make sandwiches as plain as your kids want - as long as they like bread, meat and/or cheese they should be good.“

“The food is great. The issue I had was there were no signs to say order pickup or catering pick up. I was picking up food for my grandsons birthday, and I stood in line for a catering pickup. Also, a family was there, and they allowed their brats to walk on tables a run all over the building. The employees did nothing to stop it.“
“This place is the best taco truck in Salem!!They are so nice and friendly. Always making sure we get everything we need for our food. I go there like three times a week for their tacos. The carne asada literally melts in your mouth. Their pickled carrots are amazing!!! They give us so much of them, which I appreciate because I eat them all. Spicy but not over powering!! I definitely recommend them to everyone I know!“
