“Service at this location is consistently good and fast. I usually use the drive thru but today decided to dine inside. The young man working the counter was upbeat and positive, greeted each person as they entered and was extremely respectful and courteous. I noticed how well this young man communicated with customers while I sat and ate my breaded chicken sandwich (which was surprisingly good) and felt compelled to write a quick review. I have noticed the manager and shift leads are kind and accommodating to employees and customers alike, which is difficult to maintain in fast food environments, but this particular Carl's Jr. has provided exceptionally good service over many visits in the past 6 months. This location is fairly clean as well, which is appreciated. Sometimes promos are lacking and fast food is a bit spendy for what it is, but this location is a go-to for me when I am hungry and don't have a lot of time.“

It's clean inside and out. Everyone is so friendly and quick to make sure your needs are met. We order the Famous Bowl and always get a root beer float. The food is just yummy. Thank you. While I previously encountered issues with food quality and service, recent visits have shown dramatic improvements in both areas. The team has been delivering great customer service, and the food quality has been consistently solid. While prices remain on the higher side, the focus on sourcing local, high-quality ingredients makes the cost understandable and worthwhile. The only remaining drawback is the parking lot layout, as navigating the drive-thru line can still be a bit tricky during peak hours.

“Every time I’ve gone the service it quick, and the food is solid. Nicely put together, and not slop. I live out in Silverton, but work in canby and I specifically swing by this one instead of the one in town because it’s so much better.“
