“Had an issue this morning (8/8/26 6:50am) with Uber eats only delivering 2 of the 12 items I order for a crew working a shift on their Saturday. I decided to just go by the restaurant and see if maybe the uber driver had forgotten it, but it didnt matter because when I arrived and explained what had happend the shift manager/lead took care of me without question. She did an amazing job and was incredibly helpful and apologetic (even though it wasn't her fault). Her name is escaping me at the moment but she deserves a raise. Her and her crew were fantastic and has earned our business for every Saturday shift my crew works from here on out. Thanks again!“

“Stopped in for an early lunch today. Several folks were getting takeout but we dined in. There are 2 handicapped parking spaces near the front door, and the 2 tables closest to the front door are also designated for disabled folks. The restaurant was very clean and neat, and so was the kitchen area. Burgers were awesome and so are the fries. Portions are large, so I always get a “little” burger with 1 patty - the regular burgers have 2 patties.“

“During this Coronavirus shut down of places, I'm home with the kids. Tired, and not feeling like I wanted to cook around lunch time. I went on my App like usual, and ordered delivery with a $100 bill (that's all I had on me). My Pizza Hut in Sherwood was closed, but their App did not tell me that. It was probably 45:minutes until I see our delivery driver park outside the house. First thing he said was that he was really sorry for taking so long, that Sherwood was closed and his Tualatin location was taking Sherwood's orders!! I was amazed! I ordered a bunch so they could give me enough change. I thanked him for coming all this was to deliver to me, and that he did me a solid favor. I'm home alone with our youngest baby, and was starving. You bet he got a $20.00 tip!! Thank you all so much for working twice as hard and taking on twice the work currently. Pizza Heros, and baby approved!!“
