Always a great sandwich and friendly service! Thank you
Grabbed my lunch for work! I always enjoy Big Town hero, this store is no different! They were quick, my sandwich was good and didn't fall apart. This particular one always seems to be pretty clean.
Sandwich was light on meat

Big Town Hero offers a great on-the-go experience with reasonably priced, quick, and somewhat healthy options. The inviting and friendly staff make it a pleasant place to visit. Their sandwiches, like the Prime Club with roast beef, turkey, bacon, cheese, and avocado, are huge, flavorful, and made with freshly baked bread and quality ingredients. Customers often mention the homemade bread, which is very fresh and much wider than other places. Many enjoy the sandwiches and note that they are so large that those with smaller appetites should plan to save half or share. The service is very fast and kind, with excellent customer service, where mistakes are promptly corrected. This clean and comfortable environment is perfect for a satisfying meal, making it a favorite stop for many.
