I VERY SELDOM go out to eat because prices are too high for the quality of service and food you get for your money.I go into to order a sandwich. I kindly asked for mustard and this Big Town Hero in Tualatin, now under new management, wanted to CHARGE ME .50 CENTS for a couple squirts of MUSTARD!!!!I walked out!This IS NOT the way you keep your customers!!!! THE ONLY sandwich shop that I visit too!!.You guys blew it!!!...go ahead, keep charging extra for such items as a simple ask of "can I please get some mustard on my sandwich?" YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I will make sure I spread the word that the new management at Big Town Hero will nickel and dime you...including asking for a bit of mustard.SCREW YOU GUYS!! I'll go to a different Big Town Hero....and will tell alllll my friends and peeps I know in Tualatin!!

Fruit flies EVERYWHERE, we tried to order and sit down to wait but they kept getting worse.When we got our food even more came and when I said something he didn’t do anything about it. So disgusting un sanitary and they did nothing about it.

Nothing beats a Big Town Hero sandwich when you’re hungry and craving a hearty meal. They bake their own bread daily and use only the finest meats, cheeses, and vegetables. Their sandwiches are huge and flavorful, and their salads are crisp and refreshing. I recommend the Prime Club with roast beef, turkey, bacon, cheese, and avocado. It’s a classic that never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the place is clean and comfortable

I absolutely love Big Town Hero sandwiches they are Simply the Best so fresh So Delicious!! I'm vegetarian and I have fabulous options even vegans would have a nice option and of course for everyone enjoying meat there are some delicious meat sandwiches there I've even had the meatball sandwich and I love it!! The people are very friendly the service is excellent and the food is delicious get in there and have a wonderful sandwich and enjoy yourself!!

Have enjoyed their sandwiches for decades. Not sure if the Tualatin location changed owners but new staff there always gracious. The sandwich recipes we have always liked remain great to this day.

In a word: flavorless. I am not even sure how they manage this. There is meat on the Italian sandwich, albeit a very small amount. There is cheese and an abundance of shredded iceberg lettuce. But it just has no flavor. I guess this would do in a pinch if every Jersey Mike's, Jimmy John's, and Subway were to suddenly close. And if the sub sandwiches at Albertsons was sold out...and if you were really high. I guess in this case, Big Town Hero would be an acceptable choice. But otherwise, you can find a better sandwich pretty much anywhere else.

Spent 45 minutes waiting for a called in sandwich on my last trip over - tried to get DoorDash delivery this time to avoid that, they accepted & confirmed my order, only to cancel it 20 mins later.
