don’t go in the morning. Some serious attitude. Especially if you’re going through the drive-through. Had to repeat myself like five times. When I asked if that person could hear me, she said hello. Did you want that order. I said yes I was talking to you. I said it in a very normal tone trying not to raise my voice. Be kind. Don't expect any of your meals to be right.
I wanted to share some praise for a team lead/manager who went above and beyond for me today. After a glitch logging into the app to get my son his food, our order auto-canceled and we were 40 minutes deep into a chaotic situation. I was near tears trying to figure it out.
