The Cedar Hills location was skimping so much on toppings and salad content (seriously, half full salads, and missing ingredients, several times), that I switched to this location on Scholls Ferry, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I try to always tip well in appreciation, because they actually fill my salads appropriately, and they don't leave half of my pizza crust completely bare (Cedar Hills was seriously bad). I usually order around 8pm, and I super appreciate the evening crew!“

The atmosphere is alright, but nothing special. I do not recommend the ham & sauce breakfast sandwiches because the sauce doesn’t compliment that ham & bun. I might try the other one with egg next time… I hope they get rid of the ham & sauce though because $6.50 was such. Safe of money! Luckily, the staff allowed me to swap without any problem because I think the low key agreed with me and wanted me to be happy. I am now. I almost didn’t return because of that rip off breakfast sandwich. I have decided to keep it simple; burgers & desserts there, although I have had zero problems with their fries or fried veggies aside from the price hikes.“

I went to this MOD Pizza on Friday and had another fantastic experience. They were very busy — the line was full, and people just kept coming in — yet the staff handled it with speed, teamwork, and great attitudes.

While the customer in front of me was still ordering, Jake noticed me waiting and offered to help at the same time. Within moments, both he and another team member were working on my order together — fast, friendly, and efficient. Despite the rush, Jake even took the time to let me know about a special offer I qualified for because I’d spent over $60. He explained it quickly and clearly, even though he was juggling multiple tasks. He didn’t have to go out of his way to do that, but he did — and that kind of effort says a lot about how he approaches his work.

As a business owner myself — I run a busy medical clinic with many employees and multiple managers — I really notice when a team operates this smoothly under pressure. You can tell this location has strong leadership and a well-trained crew who care about doing things right, not just getting through the line.

I’ve been coming to this MOD location for a long time, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The place is always clean, the toppings well-stocked, and the staff upbeat even during rushes. Whenever my family is craving MOD, I always plan our route to stop at this specific location because the experience is just that good.
