“Went here on a whim with a colleague and the atmosphere is gorgeous and refined but has a taste of izakaya to it! The food was absolutely delicious! I had the shrimp tempura maki and the wagyu (from Hokkaido, not American wagyu) nigiri and it was perfect! My colleague had the sashimi bento and bao bun. She fell in love with the bao bun and miso soup that came with the bento. Staff are super nice, attentive, and ready to answer any questions about the menu. I will definitely be back!”
“💯 Recomendado, deliciosa comida peruana,el ceviche el mejor de todos que he pobrado🇵🇪Ambiente cálido!!!Atención super ,como buena peruana:Que viva mi Gastronomía 🇵🇪Señores!!! El maracuyá Sour una delicia!!”
“1st time coming to Fogon Criollo and it was Bomb Diggity! We had the Leche De Tigre and the Sunday special which was stewed goat. The leche tigre was delicious, very limey and delicate. The star of the show was the goat plate. The goat was very tender, well seasoned and came with fried yucca, rice and beans. Which all blended well! I can’t wait to eat here again. Buen Provecho!”
“Such a fun, welcoming little bar! The food is absolutely delicious, the cocktails are lovingly crafted, and the HUGE game selection makes this place the best hidden gem on Main Street. Head up the stairs next to Versus and check it out for yourself!”

“Beautiful presentation of everything. The mood lighting is so relaxing and warm. Our servers were so nice and helpful. I will definitely be coming back.”
“Always great service, food and beer. My favorite place to go for lunch.”

“Anyone can seemingly make sushi seem better by making it more complex, but the real test is whether they can take the simple and make it excellent. Sushi-Ki-ichi does just that. They stick to the simple offerings, leading to an experience that feels less Americanized than other Japanese restaurants. That's not to say I don't love some level of creativity, but you don't need it here. That's because the family that owns Sushi Ki-ichi wants to create an authentic meal - a notion that was confirmed for sure when we had a conversation with the owner. In fact, they take quality to the next level with their equipment and efforts they take to make sure that what they serve is the highest quality, including specific freezers for the fish. We didn't try Sushi Ki-ichi for the first couple of years because we figured that the previous restaurant, a Chinese buffet that had gone downhill and fallen off the cliff, had rebranded and reopened as something new. Now I feel that for those first couple of years, we missed out. This has quickly become my favorite place in Portland. I look forward to any trips I take across town from Vancouver to Tigard, and make a point to stop in and grab a bite.”
“10/10. Do not come here unless you’re prepared to ruin Hawaiian food everywhere else forever. Everything I’ve had here is straight-up criminal. The Death Row Plate is my go-to, a stacked sampler loaded with Hurricane chicken, Korean fried chicken, and poke that will knock your balls clear across Pacific Hwy. Also… the grilled shrimp plate?? Absolute menace. I could eat 100 of them like candy and still be looking around for more. And the mac salad that comes with every plate? Should be illegal. I’m pretty sure it violates at least three laws. To top it off, the owner runs this place solo, in there every day, grinding, serving every plate herself until she sells out. And she sells out every single day. She’s born and raised Oahu, so you’re getting so you’re getting the real deal, no mainland shortcuts, no watered-down flavors, just straight island heat. Hours: 10–2…..Translation: show up early or cry in your car. 🫳🎤”

“Wow. I got the lamb gyro with some falafel in it... and this was probably the best gyro I ever had. I got the spicy version and the tzatziki totally balanced it out - not too spicy, just flavorful. The lamb was tender and the falafel was moist and crunchy.
Highly recommend.”
“I've always had decent food here at Bannings. This morning I ordered Pumpkin pancakes.....what a disappointment. The pumpkin batter needed salt added to it and it also could have used a bit more sugar in the batter. The syrup was not real maple syrup but table top ad says, "warm maple syrup," so I expected real maple syrup. It also says, "whipped butter." I asked the waiter about the maple syrup and he told me it was "artificial" maple and argued the fact that the restaurant never said "real" maple syrup. Maybe the butter is whipped margarine...who knows what liberties are taken in menu descriptions. I'm a "real" maple syrup customer.”
“Ellen was an awesome server on our celebration #cosmedaesthetics and #jetlag what a great server! And only a block away from our spa! We will be back for sure”
“Great local Mexican restaurant. We really like the third generation recipes. Free chips and salsa, although chips could be warm and fresh instead of right out of a bag. Food could come out hotter but overall great flavors and friendly service.”
“We went for a birthday celebration for my Daughter and GrandDaughter. We did make reservations to get a larger table ready for 12. The atmosphere is upscale and tasteful. Comfortable booths or tables and outside dining are available. I ordered vegan tacos - sautéed onions, peppers, mushrooms, pico, and avocado on soft corn tortillas served with black beans and rice. Delicious and beautifully plated. Their house made flan is creamy, caramel deliciousness and is the best I've had. The fresh squeezed margaritas were made with top shelf tequila. Edwin, the server, was very friendly and attentive. He earned his 30% tip! The prices are just what is expected for food of this quality and the quantity of food makes it worth every penny. And, bonus - the birthday girls wore giant sombreros while they were serenaded with the birthday song and awarded deep fried ice cream! I have eaten at Margarita Factory Hazel Dell before and will go back again and again.”

“Went in this morning and ordered a coffee. The order was taking a bit, so I went up to check, thinking maybe it'd gotten dropped. Everyone's busy, stuff happens, I get it. There was an employee mopping the area and he said it'd be a minute. Then I realized it wasn't routine mopping but a cleanup situation. I apologized to him and said I didn't realize what had happened. He said "I'm John, the owner. We have a rule here that when an employee spills something, somebody else cleans it up. They're stressed out enough." Let me spell that out...the owner was wielding a mop to ease the mental load on one of his employees. Now I want to get a job there just to learn how to be a better person. Stay classy, John, you're doing it more than right.”
“We came in for dinner as a party of two and had a great experience with our server, Dominic. Our food did take a little longer than expected, and given how busy they were I wasn’t surprised.. but Dominic handled it really well and made sure we were taken care of in the meantime. He accommodated us with a soup while we waited, which was a nice touch. He was funny, attentive, and checked on us throughout the meal without being overbearing. Even with the delay, he made sure the experience stayed positive. Great service, great drinks, and even better staff/management.
Thank you!”
“I’m visiting from out of state, and want some seafood. Typed in seafood near me and Pacific Boil and lounge piped up. I drove there and was Greeted by a very nice young man behind the counter and he help my pick out the what I wanted and let me tell you I was not disappointed”
“I highly recommend this place especially after a long day and not wanting to leave. The fish and chips, seafood chowder, and hangover burger were great! I couldn't have been happier with staying in instead of leaving the hotel. Our server was outstanding. I didn't get her name, but even my kids said how nice she was and they don't say anything nice. Overall, this place did not disappoint!”
“I visit this Nordstrom Cafe (2F) often, and it never disappoints.
The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, with a great layout. As a solo diner, I find the 2-person side tables very cozy and comfortable, while the booths are perfect for families.
During my stay in Tigard, I had another excellent meal:
Spicy Wild Shrimp Pomodoro: Perfectly flavored.
Penne Bolognese & Chicken Meatballs: Love that they offer a gluten-free penne option—it tastes great!
Cilantro Lime Salad & Roma Tomato Basil Soup: Fresh and comforting.
Hot Mint Tea: A perfect way to finish.
The staff here are all so friendly and professional—it really makes you want to leave a generous tip and keeps me coming back.
💡 Pro-Tips:
Save Time: It gets very crowded during weekend lunch hours. I highly recommend ordering online in advance to skip the wait!
Parking: Located at Washington Square Mall, there is plenty of parking available, though it can get a bit busier on weekends.
Highly recommended for a high-quality, reliable dining experience!”
“This is pretty much the only place I go for happy hour when visiting Beaverton. The food is always prepared well and tastes great. The bar service by Ashley and Madeline was superb and they are both attentive and friendly even during busy times. The happy hour meal prices are decent compared to other restaurants and fast food.”
“I have gone here plenty of times with friends after work. It's a nice little spot. Enjoy the drinks as they have their own beers and whiskeys. Their cocktails even seasonal ones are really good. The food is typical for a what it is, nothing too fancy but satisfying.”
“I just had a really delicious bowl of (Boston style) clam chowder at Three Mermaids Public House in Tigard. It was so creamy, and comforting; and the small bits of bacon gave it over-the-top goodness. Honestly, all the food at this welcoming pub is worth trying, but I hadn’t expected to enjoy a bowl of soup as much as I did this one!”

“Moved to Portland not too long ago and hadn't had much luck finding good Mexican food. Low and behold I found Livi's tucked away in Tigard. Real taqueria food. The birria, al pastor, and carnitas all hit the spot. I might have to pickup jogging or try Livi's ensalada if this turns into a regular thing. Online ordering is easy, the staff is friendly, the truck is clean, and the food is more than satisfying, what's not to love?”
“The manager Taylor was willing to fix my kiddos dinner even though they didn’t mess it up 💜 after the McDonald’s on main told us this McDonald’s would fix it when it wasn’t there responsibility 💜 and warned us about the terrible reviews and how the McDonald’s on main is highly not recommended which is good to know since we are new to this area 💜”

“After my uncles funeral we needed a light hearted place to gather and visit, pizza caboose did a fantastic job getting us everything we needed for a relaxing gathering. As always the food was amazing and the staff really worked their tails off to serve the crowd. Thank you so much to the entirety of pizza caboose for making this day a little easier on all of us.”
“Wow. This is a fantastic place to eat and be. The food is so wonderful that I now don't think I can go anywhere else! Great meat and great prices.
The people working here are genuinely great people. A gentleman came in who seemed to be in a bit of need and the employee was so kind and offered food and water and a place to exist. THAT IS SO NEEDED. I'm genuinely crying for the world needs so much kindness for the fellow man. Please eat here!”
“This tiny Mexican bakery is astoundingly good. The owners, a husband and wife team, are both friendly and love to talk about their products. As a chef, I appreciate good food and the knowledge of food preparation and both of them have that. Further, her brownie is absolutely the best I’ve had and I’ve made hundreds of them. A great local place to treat yourself.”

“First time visiting and sure won’t be the last . It was date night and we ventured in . Started with the crab wontons and then came the main course . Beef Panang curry with brown rice and orange chicken . Yes .. You read that right orange chicken . . Service , & Food is AMAZING . Don’t miss out . ❤️❤️❤️”
“A friendly atmosphere and people. A group who knows football and can banter. Definitely laughed a lot even though my team lost.”
“Great food. I had the Kobe beef fried rice and was very delicious! But WOW was it the most expensive fried rice I have Ever bought!!! So be prepared to spend at least a 100 for 2 people.”

“I like it so much better when they have the high energy. That's what set them apart, but this location really doesn't have that anymore...or it's very hit or miss. I used to come in all the time to get my energy up and turn my day around, but it really hasn't been like that lately. Especially the ones taking orders.”
“I was in the mood for a birria taco and I was looking on Uber eats for a place nearby. I came upon this restaurant and wanted to try them out! So I ordered the quesabirria and the steak tacos, & they did NOT disappoint! Everything was cooked perfectly & was super tasty!!! I will definitely order again!”
“El Sol de Mexico is our family's favorite restaurant. We were saddened when the store in Tualatin closed. The store in Tigard is a longer drive, but the food is worth the drive. We have always been greeted warmly and feel like family. The food is wonderful and portions are generous. In over 25-years we have never been disappointed in the food or the service.”
“Tried Ezell's chicken for the first time and loved it! This is the kind of chicken place I grew up with down south that has chicken (of course), gizzards/livers, the usual sides including FRIED OKRA!! And the most delicious yeast rolls you've ever tasted. There is a reason they sell those by the dozen to take home. Of course they have peach cobbler or sweet potato pie. They do have tenders and wings for people who don't want regular chicken on the bone. As for the people who think it is under-seasoned....I found the regular to be fine, I just wanted to taste chicken and not any heat so it was fine to me. They do have a spicy variety that my kid had and said it was fine, but not too hot (spicy hot).
The staff was super friendly and patient with us figuring out the menu for the first time. The restaurant was extremely clean.”
“Amazing service, great atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding beer! Thank you, I will be back! #flygirl”
“Good food, nice people. Made me sad we were the only ones there. Place is quiet & very clean. Plus, you get to watch them cook it in front of you! Very cool. I recommend this place :)”

“When you enter the first thing you notice are the plants and real wood paneling. There are tiny cast irons up on the wall. The lighting is designed to look like old style gas lamps. The music is definitely the best part of the ambiance. The music ranges from doowop to soul to vintage rock and roll to San Francisco sound and Motown which is precisely my jam. I ordered a plain burger with mayo and fries. I'm weird like that but Miller's was able to able to accommodate my autism. The service was amazing and I'm not just saying that cause I know the waitress. The food was made quickly. Fries were crunchy on the outside soft on the inside as they should be. My Fanta was topped off when I got just under a third. It's clean. Very clean. I know cause I watched an employee pull every single table out to clean the booths. Very pleased with my visit.”
“I love getting Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza because it's so easy. You just order it over the phone or online, and then you pick it up through their drive-through, take it home, and bake it in your own oven. It's a great source of food for parties and gatherings.”
“I love this restaurant so much! But I wish they open one in Portland, everybody knows Portland are known for nightlife and varieties of restaurants, how come this delicious restaurant is not open in Portland? I hope it will come to Portland where it attracts more customers.”

“I regularly purchase this brand, and have never had a complaint until now. I recently purchased two tuna salad sandwiches, and there was less than one tablespoon of product on the bread, and it was concentrated in the center of the bread (about 2 cm diameter). Very disappointing. The egg salad (my favorite) never has this issue. All other products have had ample filling, and always fresh-tasting.”

“I went here to grab lunch and was not disappointed but the amount of options of prepared vegan items, from soups, to salads, baked goods, sandwiches, wraps, etc. Ended up selecting two salads from the hot foods area and getting a protein smoothie from the cold case and the salads were excellent! Lots of vegan groceries of course too. Updated from previous review on 2026-02-09”

“I saw the negative reviews and was dismayed. BUT when we got there and saw the amount of people who were enjoying themselves. This amount of people would not have been and I was heartened by this. First off the service people. When we asked they were prompt. The sushi filled me up. The variety was astounding. I tried most of their different prepared vegetables dishes. Beef dishes as well. My wife ate her fill of various shellfish and other different kinds of seafood. The little dishes of ice cream was a nice touch for desert. It has a bit of everything for everybody. I highly recommend this restaurant. This is our favorite restaurant. Easy to find. Easy to get to. Lots of parking room.”

“First time at this new-ish location and definitely was just as good as any other Mike's I've been to :)
Food was great; cooked to order but didn't take forever to come out. Combos are pretty reasonably priced for today's prices lol. I paid about $15 for an amazing cheeseburger, generous side of tots, and the best shake! You can get 3 flavors (I got peanut butter and butter finger👌👏)
Lots of outdoor seating and even a walk up window. As well as indoor seating and inside service :)
Very glad we stopped here for dinner :)))”

“Came to Oregon/Dayton for a mini vacation . Stumbled upon Alvaro's tacos while searching for a good tacos spot on google maps My wife and I had an torta Cubana and beef pastor tacos …which was excellent!!!! We loved it so much we want to go-back and try different menu next time we are in town . I definitely recommend this place. Prices are reasonable, food is fresh, customer service A+”
“Monday special was $2 Off which was great. One issue I have about ordering burros out is that you have to take them apart to sauce them. For $7 however it was a good value and I would return. It a walk up but community covered area with the walk up burger place which was clean and nice.”
“We had a fantastic experience here! We ordered the chicken and veggie burgers, and both were super tasty and full of flavor.
The absolute highlight, though, was the Dubai chocolate pistachio shake—it was incredibly delicious and a must-try
On top of the amazing food, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly nice and welcoming. We will definitely be back”
