“I ordered breakfast from Biscuits Café through DoorDash, and wow, they absolutely delivered. The portion size alone impressed me. They really loaded up the plate. The hashbrowns were cooked to perfection, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, exactly how they should be. The corned beef hash was so flavorful I didn’t even need to add any condiments, which says a lot. And the biscuits? Buttery, soft, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Every bite was satisfying. Definitely one of those breakfasts that hits just right.“

“I visit this Nordstrom Cafe (2F) often, and it never disappoints.
The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, with a great layout. As a solo diner, I find the 2-person side tables very cozy and comfortable, while the booths are perfect for families.
During my stay in Tigard, I had another excellent meal:
Spicy Wild Shrimp Pomodoro: Perfectly flavored.
Penne Bolognese & Chicken Meatballs: Love that they offer a gluten-free penne option—it tastes great!
Cilantro Lime Salad & Roma Tomato Basil Soup: Fresh and comforting.
Hot Mint Tea: A perfect way to finish.
The staff here are all so friendly and professional—it really makes you want to leave a generous tip and keeps me coming back.
💡 Pro-Tips:
Save Time: It gets very crowded during weekend lunch hours. I highly recommend ordering online in advance to skip the wait!
Parking: Located at Washington Square Mall, there is plenty of parking available, though it can get a bit busier on weekends.
Highly recommended for a high-quality, reliable dining experience!“

“Went in this morning and ordered a coffee. The order was taking a bit, so I went up to check, thinking maybe it'd gotten dropped. Everyone's busy, stuff happens, I get it. There was an employee mopping the area and he said it'd be a minute. Then I realized it wasn't routine mopping but a cleanup situation. I apologized to him and said I didn't realize what had happened. He said "I'm John, the owner. We have a rule here that when an employee spills something, somebody else cleans it up. They're stressed out enough." Let me spell that out...the owner was wielding a mop to ease the mental load on one of his employees. Now I want to get a job there just to learn how to be a better person. Stay classy, John, you're doing it more than right.“
