“I cannot stress how good this place is. The coffee is exceptional, the food- so good. Do you like avocado toast? Well, come on down! You like buffalo chicken wraps with croutons and blue cheese? They got you! Great place for a meeting or to hang out! They know their regulars and treat everyone really well. 100/10 recommend.“

“We stopped by on Saturday night at 4:30 P.M. A little social media birdie had told me that they were open for dinner from 4:30PM to 9 PM on Friday and Saturdays (make sure to check their website for earlier hours). It’s a cute little spot. Lots of local art on the walls for sale and lots of seating. You can tell they make everything from scratch and you can follow the smoky and tantalizing smells of barbecue right to the door. My friend and I shared the deviled eggs with the bacon lardon-🤤-so good! Flavorful and tender. My friend got the polenta bowl with greens and brisket. I tried a bite and it was delicious! I had the mac & cheese with chicken and bacon lardon topped with breadcrumbs. Tender pasta and bacon and smoked chicken in a creamy sauce-yum! We ordered house red and white wines and both were great selections. We also took three of their dessert selections home for later. The location is a little off the beaten path, but I think it would be worth it for you to come on in and support this local business. I know that my friend and I will be back.“

“We had our Company Christmas party at Ohanna Hawaiian Cafe and everyone that worked there was so gracious and helpful. We had a mix of ages and everyone found something to their liking on their menu. The food is fresh, delicious and huge servings. I had the Kahlúa pork with mac salad and white rice. “We visited the other location last year on a road trip from California and I never stopped talking about their breakfast sandwiches. So we're back again on this road trip - specifically looped the route so we can stop here. It's a little expensive but you have to get the breakfast sandwich with the peppers AND the sausage. Best vegan breakfast sandwich. Their espresso drinks and hot cocoa are also great!

Nice seating area both inside and outside. Easy free parking lot. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor porch seating - there's even a water bowl! Wi-Fi is pretty fast! They were totally ok with us staying for basically the whole day. We also got lunch at the Indian Food Truck in their shared lot, and the staff here let us eat inside.“

“Whenever I visit Portland, I make sure to stop at this matcha shop. They have a wide variety of matcha treats, including ice cream, snow cones, lattes, and matcha floats. The edible gold matcha ice cream cone is a special favorite. They also change their soft serve flavor regularly. Matcha goes really well with mochi balls. It’s the best matcha I’ve ever had every time I visit.“

“Went here for the first time this morning with 6 friends. We were able to squeeze into a booth and were greeted by who I assume is the owner. She was gruff, but playful. We all loved her. This place is a bit of a time capsule, with wallpaper and decorations from the 90s. When we walked in, it smelled like my grandmother's house and I knew the good would be awesome. I ordered the Korean pancake and was thrilled at how delicious it was. I will definitely be going back.“

Look at how PRETTY that pile of basil is! The ciabatta on my Sammie was light & airy, the egg was fluffy, and whatever their veggie sausage brand is, it's fantastic. A whole sandwich is big enough for two people & very reasonably priced. I loved knowing that the fresh herbs we enjoyed were probably from plants in the shop somewhere.

“Clean, whole ingredients and the taste proves it. I’ve purchased every flavor suited for coffee, including their chocolate. Hands down the best, freshest tasting syrup I’ve had. A little goes a long way. I have repurchased my favorite flavor combo: fresh apple crisp and the brown sugar simple syrup. The glass bottles are also gorgeous and look great displayed by my espresso machine. Order them all!“

“We found Nossa Familia Coffe while searching for local shops with Swiss Water Process decaf coffee. It was really good. I bought a bag of it and plan to make it stronger than what they serve. The strength (weaker than what I prefer) of it is my only slight complaint. The flavor was lovely and I couldn't detect any acidity. Silky smooth americano. My kiddo got matching and husband got a spicy mocha drink. Everyone enjoyed their beverages. We frequent Portland and would definitely return and recommend to others.“

“Bialy Bird was so good. I got the okonomiyaki bialy with the seasonal spread and greens, and it was perfect. The bialy itself was delicious, and the spread was rich and creamy, with the greens adding a nice freshness and balance.

My friend got the same bialy as a breakfast sandwich, and it was also so good. It had a ton of greens on it, which I loved. I’m always happy to see a breakfast sandwich that doesn’t skimp on the vegetables. It made the whole thing feel fresh and satisfying without being too heavy.

We also had a couple of lattes, and they were excellent. It was such a great breakfast stop. The food felt creative and thoughtful. It was very similar to a bagel, but different. I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a great, fast breakfast in Portland.“
