Quintessential hole in the wall, quirky American diner. Good food, sizeable portions, accommodating and friendly staff. It's really small and tight inside so expect to wait in line outside during peak business hours. It can be very loud inside - so if you're someone who gets overwhelmed by sound, definitely wear your headphones or earplugs. Waffles and pancakes are huge. Their chicken fried steak is my favorite breakfast that they serve.
A truly classic Portland diner. Great service. Incredibly friendly and familiar staff. You have the feeling of visiting friends. You sit next to people from the neighborhood. A nice vibe.The food was great. Great local variants, a huge selection and large portions.We really enjoyed breakfast. Gladly again!
