“I stopped at a great little place and had a large French Roast coffee and a breakfast sandwich ham egg and cheese on a fresh croissant. 2 min and I was enjoying a great sandwich at a great value. I met Joo and he was very friendly. They are pet friendly with free dog treats. Enjoy staying and eat inside or sit outside below large very impressive trees that I am sorry I can’t tell you the species.
Anyway stop by and enjoy a quick bite and coffee. He also has an espresso machine to make anything to rival a Starbucks but at much better price point.“

“We visited the other location last year on a road trip from California and I never stopped talking about their breakfast sandwiches. So we're back again on this road trip - specifically looped the route so we can stop here. It's a little expensive but you have to get the breakfast sandwich with the peppers AND the sausage. Best vegan breakfast sandwich. Their espresso drinks and hot cocoa are also great!

Nice seating area both inside and outside. Easy free parking lot. Dogs are allowed on the outdoor porch seating - there's even a water bowl! Wi-Fi is pretty fast! They were totally ok with us staying for basically the whole day. We also got lunch at the Indian Food Truck in their shared lot, and the staff here let us eat inside.“

“Clean, whole ingredients and the taste proves it. I’ve purchased every flavor suited for coffee, including their chocolate. Hands down the best, freshest tasting syrup I’ve had. A little goes a long way. I have repurchased my favorite flavor combo: fresh apple crisp and the brown sugar simple syrup. The glass bottles are also gorgeous and look great displayed by my espresso machine. Order them all!“

“This little specialty shop is such a worthwhile experience! The entire menu features treats made with matcha, more matcha, and even more matcha. There's also a seasonal flavor of soft serve to pair with your matcha. There's an order kiosk in the corner, but the staff at the counter are kind and helpful - tip them generously!

“Went here for the first time this morning with 6 friends. We were able to squeeze into a booth and were greeted by who I assume is the owner. She was gruff, but playful. We all loved her. This place is a bit of a time capsule, with wallpaper and decorations from the 90s. When we walked in, it smelled like my grandmother's house and I knew the good would be awesome. I ordered the Korean pancake and was thrilled at how delicious it was. I will definitely be going back.“

The drinks are so delicious, well-crafted, and perfectly balanced. You can really tell the owner is passionate about his craft and genuinely cares about the quality of every drink. Drinks are so so tasty and thoughtfully crafted. I’ve basically stopped going to any other matcha shop because nothing else compares.

The space has such a cute, welcoming vibe while still feeling intimate, sophisticated, and low-key. The people behind the counter are just as lovely. A little social media birdie had told me that they were open for dinner from 4:30PM to 9 PM on Friday and Saturdays (make sure to check their website for earlier hours). It’s a cute little spot. Lots of local art on the walls for sale and lots of seating. You can tell they make everything from scratch and you can follow the smoky and tantalizing smells of barbecue right to the door. My friend and I shared the deviled eggs with the bacon lardon-🤤-so good! Flavorful and tender. My friend got the polenta bowl with greens and brisket. I tried a bite and it was delicious! I had the mac & cheese with chicken and bacon lardon topped with breadcrumbs. Tender pasta and bacon and smoked chicken in a creamy sauce-yum! We ordered house red and white wines and both were great selections. We also took three of their dessert selections home for later. The location is a little off the beaten path, but I think it would be worth it for you to come on in and support this local business. I know that my friend and I will be back.“

Red E embodies everything about The coffee shop experience that drew me to work in coffee myself 2 decades ago (and I still do!)

The space is very reminiscent of the late 90s, early 00s coffee houses where art, community & alt culture blossomed and thrived & I always feel very nostalgic and uplifted by this place.

I adore the crew here & every regular & adorable dog ive chatted with over the years.... Thank you, Red E for keeping the culture alive, not selling out to some conglomerate capitalist nonsense & pulling some of the best espresso shots in the PNW.
