“This review is for one particular, outstanding employee named Jude. I had previously had a very bad experience in this location but today with Jude waiting on me my experience was all good. Management should take note. Thank you Jude for helping me. By the way, most of the employees here are very nice and helpful. One manager is not.“
“The food was good. But what really stood out was how team dealt with an irate customer, they kept their cool. Asked her to please speak softly because she was screaming and handle the situation with grace. Honestly, if this is how they handle dramatic situations, I'll be back. I often come here on my lunch hour. To get some extra work done in a comfortable seating area.
And even with this drama and disruption, it was a great experience“
“The staff here is AMAZING!! Some guy came in complaining and asked for heavy heavy heavy heavy ketchup not even kidding heavy mustard no mayo, no cheese, impossible burger with extra onions extra tomatoes extra jalapenos and then asked for free fries and the staff remade his burger and gave him free fries. I know this bc he came in while I was ordering and made such a fuss that the lady taking my order left me to help him, then came back and finished mine. She was getting frustrated bc they had to make the burger several different times bc each time they got it wrong and the lady kept her cool and gave him free fries! Anyway it was expensive but good.“
