“The soft serve is fantastic and a great value! They have vanilla, chocolate, or swirl and sometimes have seasonal flavors. Fries are super tasty as well as other food. It's pretty expensive for being fast food. The inside is pretty small, but they do have two bathrooms. Sometimes it's confusing if you can order outside or not and if you're able to order just ice cream outside, but I think it was just a lack of staff.“

“Food is best to stick with a NW Burger or even a Turkey Burger… friies, shakes and sundaes are bomb! Staff is amazing…friendly and helpful to say the least. The atmosphere is alright, but nothing special. I do not recommend the ham & sauce breakfast sandwiches because the sauce doesn’t compliment that ham & bun. I might try the other one with egg next time… I hope they get rid of the ham & sauce though because $6.50 was such. Safe of money! Luckily, the staff allowed me to swap without any problem because I think the low key agreed with me and wanted me to be happy. I am now. I almost didn’t return because of that rip off breakfast sandwich. I have decided to keep it simple; burgers & desserts there, although I have had zero problems with their fries or fried veggies aside from the price hikes.“

“Eli, Ethan,Landon and Levi all whipped me up a delicious five star burger with amazing service coming from Eli and Ethan and I’m guessing that means Landon and Levi were on the grill!! Delicious burger that didn’t taste like a fast food burger, but instead of some good meat, cheese, bacon and vegetables!! Thank you guys for making my night“

“I’m in town for work and stopped in for lunch with one of the branch managers. I started ordering on the kiosk and my total came out to around $22. When I tried to pay with my company per diem card, it wouldn’t swipe. I later found out it was an issue with the card itself, not the reader, but at the time I figured I’d try ordering at the counter instead.

I placed the same order, and the woman helping me asked for my name like they do. I said “Bobby,” and she laughed and said, “We have the same name.” I wasn’t sure I heard her right at first, but we both ended up laughing about it. It was just a genuinely fun moment.

When it came time to tip, I joked, “Well now I’ve gotta give the biggest tip on the machine. Bobbys gotta stick together.” She laughed and thanked me, but made it a point to tell me that the tips go only to her team and not to her, since she’s a manager. That made it even better knowing it went straight to the people working so hard.

Unfortunately, the card still wouldn’t work. She tried another method, but no luck. I said it was no problem and pulled out my personal credit card. That’s when she said, “Don’t worry about it. I already comped your meal. I hate when stuff like that happens.”

I was honestly floored and tried to insist, but she wouldn’t have it. It was such a kind gesture and absolutely made my day. Great service, great people, and the food was delicious. Thanks, fellow Bobby, or maybe Bobbie. You guys rock.“

“Carl's has great food 99% of the time. A little on the spendy side but imo, worth it. I did drive thru and the worker was incredibly polite and knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend Carl's over just about any Fast Burger Joint.“
