“This location should just close already. 15 minute wait with three servers ignoring us. I even waived my arms and was ignored. I understand they were distraught about the store closing but that's no excuse. I tried another location today . The food was barely warm. Think I'm done with this establishment oh, by the way, I left the wilsonville location“
“We had one terrible experience which I reported through the app. I was called by the store manager almost immediately. She expressed her disappointment and not only was the entire order refunded, a gift card was issued to rectify the issue.I say this in hopes that nobody abuses this new way of customer service. I'm just impressed by their immediate response and the empathy. The complaint was not flippant, yet we were treated gracefully and kindly. This speaks a lot. Will continue to eat here.“
“People in Wilsonville are just great, rather it be from a business or a stranger just extremely nice & respectful. Unlike Portland where I moved from after 57 years of living in Portland. I've seen PDX & the people severely went to hell. Always a problem w/ fast food employees there in Portland. Keep up the good work wilsonville Wendy's!!“
“We were staying at the hotel across the street and this looked like a fun place to eat dinner. It’s pretty small inside with about 4 booths and a bar area. We got deep fried mushrooms and they were yummy and the ranch was really good! The pizza was crispy and had loads of toppings. The service was a little slow but it was a busy Friday night. Strong drinks. I would come back!“
“A killer burger that I stop by every time I come to visit Longgonju. It's nice that the staff are friendly and friendly. The combination of sweet and salty goes well with the peanut butter burger. It tastes good when eaten with tap beer. Recommended“
