“Cheeseburger, tots, shake (bonus cookie). All of it was a winner for sure, even if it wasn't the fastest or cheapest. I'd definitely do it all again.

I did catch an underhanded comment from one of the folks working recently about everybody wanting to order an hour from closing. Not gonna narc you out, but ya know who you are.

Maybe everyone take something from my experience: customers, take into consideration that these people are running their tails off for us and they're doing a damn fine job. Give em' some grace.
Employees, consider that those people (unfortunately) get hungry when they get hungry, but certainly do appreciate all of your hardwork.“

“This review is based on our last few minutes paying the bill, everything else was top notch. Our group of 4 was chatting when our bills arrived and continued to visit, and our waiter came by to gather abit later and told him it was ready. At this time we Bagan to review our bills to pay one with a card and we were paying cash. As soon as I placed the cash in their bifold and placed on the table another waiter came to the table and stated being just like our waiter and dressed similarly. Worth noting she was about 110 5 foot or so with our waiter at 220 plus and 6ft or so wit a great beard. I stated that our waiter had much bigger feet and a great beard with my wife commenting about our matching hairlines... lol right. No next thing we get is she identifies as law enforcement and proceeds to walk away with an elevated voice "I'll kick beat you down" I turned left to my friend and sain now she wants to wrestle. At this point mist people are watching and then just short of screaming she yells "I'll Kick your A$$". And indeed the entire restaurant is watching on what was going on, I simply went back to visiting with our group not knowing what was next. Not long afterwards our waiter walked by and as he did thank me for the tip. No follow up from management nothing. So probably about 15 minutes after this a few other groups had left and we started our departure and still nothing. Over the years we have been here many times as a couple and a few large groups, after this event not to sure we could return for an enjoyable dining experience with their staff threatening some ones life unprovoked. “Five Guys has great burgers they get your order done in a timely fashion it's a very clean environment they come out to clean tables every 15 minutes they have a freestyle soda machine with every soda option imaginable they have lettuce wraps and bowls for those with sensitivities if you tell them you have an allergy to gluten they will make your burger in a separate area however if you have sensitivities to gluten mayo is not a good option for your burger as the Mayo is swiped on regular buns and will contain little bits of bun in it always read the menu ahead of time if you have other sensitivities.“

“It took the family here one afternoon. We haven't been in such a long time. Absolutely. Couldn't believe how huge of a root beer float. We got for only two dollars. Not only that, all of the food was perfectly prepared. Hot and delicious. It would always recommend.“

“They food and the service really vary here. There are times when everything goes right and the food is good. Other times, it's not so good. Most of that is because of staff who never seem to stick around. I've never seen the same staff person there twice. My review is for the drive-through only.“

“I’m going to start off by saying I usually do not go to Carl’s Junior. I’m not a huge fast food fan but I was really impressed by this visit.
I was very indecisive, but Edgar helped explain the menu to me and gave me great suggestions. He suggested the Cali XL and it was SO GOOD!! He was so friendly, accommodating, helpful and gave really great suggestions. Usually when I go to fast food spots I can expect basic friendly service but it’s very clear that Edgar is passionate about his work. I am blown away by how exceptional his service skills were. Every suggestion from the meal to the drinks and treats were phenomenal. I will definitely coming back, hoping that Edgar is there, and trying more on the menu! I hope his service is recognized and that the other workers can follow because I am very pleased with this location!“
