“I’ve been here a couple times now and honestly the only consistently good customer service I’ve had has been from the girl with the glasses. The other employees I’ve dealt with haven’t really had the best attitude, she was extremely nice, especially with how busy it was. She took the time to help my husband pick out boba tea flavors. The frozen yogurt was yummy and everything tasted fresh.“

“If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable place to pop in for breakfast or lunch - Coffee Rush has some delicious options! We enjoyed the egg bites and our friends enjoyed bagels and a waffle breakfast sandwich (: the coffee is smooth and flavourful, and the staff were friendly (and accommodating when we got confused by the creamer container, haha!)
The interior is clean and cozy, well lit, and home to some very pretty plants. A great spot in Oregon City conveniently close to the transit center!“

“I love this place. Solid burger, always tastes good, and the customer service is really good. I accidentally ordered at the wrong location as I was on a busy day and did not double check which restaurant I was ordering at. Their response was to take care of my meal at this location, so I only had to pay once. It was completely my fault and they still made it right. The staff even said that they were new and still handled the situation very well. Highly suggest this place, and the retro burger shop vibe doesn't hurt as well!“

“First time here and we will definitely be back again. My husband and daughter stopped in for some shave ice. Not too long after, my daughter accidentally dropped hers, leading to lots of tears. “Delicious ice cream with fun flavors! You can get a one scoop but split between two flavors which I love. The ube cheesecake is delicious. I loved mixing the peach crisp with the mango cardamom which were equally as delicious. My partner loves the strawberry custard. Reasonable prices too. Can't go wrong here.“

“Nothing but the best experience here! Even though I've lived in Oregon for quite a while, this was my first time visiting a Salt & Straw, and it definitely lived up to the hype.
The ice cream was incredible, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. A special shoutout to the manager, Maddy, and to Xander, (I hope I'm remembering the name correctly) who jumped in to help as soon as he arrived. The rest of the staff were just as friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience feel special especially when it was during a busy time.
The store itself is beautiful, and it's clear this location is managed extremely well. I'll definitely be back!“

“This little specialty shop is such a worthwhile experience! The entire menu features treats made with matcha, more matcha, and even more matcha. There's also a seasonal flavor of soft serve to pair with your matcha. There's an order kiosk in the corner, but the staff at the counter are kind and helpful - tip them generously!
There are several tables to sit and enjoy your treats. The dining area is functional, but a little plain, and it is FREEZING cold in there. Bring a sweater 🥶 and enjoy your yummy caffeinated treat! (Matcha Bear pictured)“

“Tried the seasonal eggnog cake. If tiramisu met a white sheet cake at the holiday party and got sloppy together - it would be this cake. The moisture and flavor of the eggnog soaked the cake from the bottom up. The creamy icing on top sprinkled with nutmeg brought home the tiramisu vibe. Pretty good effort at a fancy cake by a cookie company.“

“The employees are always so friendly and sweet. I always just order with them rather than using the self-service kiosks because often times the kiosks show a cookie as sold out but there is a batch getting ready to come out of the oven and they are ALWAYS worth a 10-15min wait. I prefer cookies over any other dessert confection and Crumbl cookies are untouchable. They are always fantastic but the cornbread, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter stuffed & topped with peanut butter are our absolute favorites.“

“I really enjoyed the selection of flavours and being that I have done barista work, I was able to do some art/decoration to make it look really nice before blending in the toppings!
The caramel coming out of the syrup warmer can sometimes be a little hard to get out, but other than that it was a pretty smooth experience!“
“This b&r is the closest one to us but I hadn't come to this one because of being treated so terribly and basically ripped off about 10 years ago. I had a craving for their perfect chocolate chip ice cream so we stopped in and they totally redeemed themselves today for me! Brooke helped me, I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. She was so friendly, fun and polite. Then the gal at check out was a sweetheart too. I didn't get her name but she owns a basset doodle if the owner happens to see this. I will be back :)“

“Holy Mother of taco! Yesterday I was asked to pick up some tacos. I was actually going to a Mexican food place a couple doors down but they were closed. I saw El Kiosko and thought I should see if they have tacos. I had popped in before and they didn't but this time was different.
I couldn't tell if the tacos were $4 or 4 tacos on a plate.
I asked, it was $4 a taco. I paused and the nice lady at the counter added but they are really big and delicious. I ordered 8 tacos. She cooked them up fresh, about 8 minutes, and brought them out. The bag was heavy.
When I got them home and opened them up I was shocked!
These tacos 🌮 were filled with deliciously cooked high quality steak, onions (fresh & sautéed) & cilantro. There was about 2 1/2 time the amount of beautifully seasoned cooked meat. Juicy but NOT greasy.
There was a cooked jalapeño, fresh cucumber 🥒 sautéed onions and 2 different salsa.
They were delicious. The salsa was tasty and the fresh crispy cucumber took it to a another level.
They were so chuck full of high quality meat, three people couldn't eat them all. Seriously, two tacos is like 4 or five tacos!
Go get some tacos. You won't be disappointed!“

“whenever I can find it actually real ice cream with just chocolate chips not mint chocolate chip just chocolate chip ice cream it's very hard to find compared to all you do is mint chocolate chip in there I'm allergic to men so I like with just my chocolate chip one of these times would be nice to have dark chocolate chip ice cream maybe with the whole toffee in it“
