Yay it's chocolate month! I've had Salt and Straw before but what really prompted me to review was a WONDERFUL staff member helping me. I was in at 10:30PM on Saturday the 10th, the person who helped me with my samples was awesome! They were kind and friendly and most of all, informative! Thank you to that team member!
I have been to this location a couple of times. Service has not been a issue. It would be nice if there were even a standing bar to eat your ice cream and more than one restroom. The atmosphere is not always welcome but I think this has to do more with location than the business.

Awesome assortment of ice cream flavours. Staff was really friendly and knowledgeable on the varieties they had. I got the coffee ice cream and the salted caramel and it did not disappoint at all. My companion got the eggnog seasonal flavour and was also really happy with it. Will have to come back to try their other seasonal flavours next season!
