“Just met the lovely owners Gagan and Kiran the other day at our local dog park. After chatting over our cute dogs they disclosed that they own this gem of an ice cream shop. I went that very night with friends after eating at Eem, it was delicious and a lovely complement to the great food we had just had. Gagan assured me I could try every flavor which I very nearly did. “I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“My friends, mother, and I came here after going to the movies. We made it just in time before they closed—whew!
We all ordered small dishes and waffle cones and we all laughed because they’re not small. 😅 Handel’s gets the last laugh because we ate every morsel of those ice creams.
It is delicious! Perfectly blended and sweetened so you’re not full after three bites. The pistachio had whole nuts. The buckeye was loaded with peanut butter cups. The waffle cones were thick enough to hold the ice cream and thin enough to complement it, too.

“My husband and I love the bingsu from this dessert shop so much, we had to bring our daughter and son-in-law to experience it too. We tried the ube and matcha bingsu. Both were excellent. I especially loved the sweentened milk texture. The homemade ice cream scoops were delightful and tasty. The presentation of the bingsu were amazing.

I understand that it takes a long time to make one bingsu. There were only two workers on staff that Sunday afternoon. Both of them were making our bingsu dessert. The matcha bingsu was done way earlier. They left the matcha bingsu on the counter and waited until both bingsu dessert were made before calling the number. I wish they had called us earlier for the matcha bingsu. It was melting a little by the time we got called. But overall both of the bingsu desserts were so good. We all enjoyed them. The staff were very nice. We will definitely go back again. I may try the mango bingsu next time.

I have finally found the best bingsu joint! I had to try the ube bingsu because of the ube ice cream. They claimed they make ube ice cream in-house. They also claim that they make matcha ice cream in-house, I will have to try it next time.

I ordered a large ube bingsu to share with my husband. First of all, the presentation of the bingsu was perfect. We figured that the whole bingsu measured to about the size of my husband's hand! As I was taking the bingsu to my table, I was worried that the ice cream would tumble to the floor. It was like an art. I absolutely love the presentation!

The ube ice cream scoop was huge. Sitting on top of the perfectly sculpted shaved milk, it was almost too gorgeous to eat. The shaved milk was the correct texture. It came with a ribbon of red bean along the edge of the bowl. I was impressed that the shaved milk was built to the edge of the bowl. The bowl was nicely chilled and was quite deep. I think a large could easily serve 3 people but 2 people was just right for my serving :) There was also red bean around the ice cream. The bingsu also had some shredded coconut, sliced almonds and some sprinkle of ube dust. It was so perfect that I will be using my picture as my wallpaper on my cell :)

The best thing about bingsu is that I don't have guilt after eating it. It is just like having a large glass of cold milk with red beans. I think if they also come with some mochi pieces, then it would have been 100% perfect.“

“This little specialty shop is such a worthwhile experience! The entire menu features treats made with matcha, more matcha, and even more matcha. There's also a seasonal flavor of soft serve to pair with your matcha. There's an order kiosk in the corner, but the staff at the counter are kind and helpful - tip them generously!
There are several tables to sit and enjoy your treats. The dining area is functional, but a little plain, and it is FREEZING cold in there. Bring a sweater 🥶 and enjoy your yummy caffeinated treat! (Matcha Bear pictured)“

“Uri at Dairy Hill Ice Cream was absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding! He invited Andrew and me to a tasting beforehand, which was such a fun experience and helped us pick the perfect flavors. Every single one was amazing.

At the wedding, they set up an ice cream bar for our guests and it was truly out of this world. People are still talking about how good it was! It added such a fun and memorable touch to the night.

They also made us a custom ice cream cake that was unbelievably delicious. It was the perfect sweet treat and such a unique addition to our celebration.

We couldn’t recommend Dairy Hill Ice Cream more — amazing service, amazing ice cream, and such a great experience from start to finish!“

“I had the most extraordinary experience at the Portland airport on Monday night. There were not many things open. I do not usually fly Southwest, so I was not familiar with the concessions in this part of the airport. I thought I might just grab some cheese and then get some kind of healthy bowl somewhere. I stopped at the Tillamook booth and was overwhelmed by the quality of the service. Yes, the food was tasty. The service was exemplary. I would have never purchased my meal here, if it weren’t for the incredible connection, Joseph, the server, made with me. He was warm, knowledgeable, and really enticed me to eat the food here. He seemed to love it, so I believed him. I ate at the little table next to the booth and he checked in on me from time to time and even brought me some green tea later on! This truly was the most remarkable experience I had ever spent at an airport kiosk. I fly every week. Joseph, and the quality he bestowed upon me, is a new benchmark for service at any airport in America. Congratulations Tillamook for hiring such a capable person who not only believes in your product, but believes in serving each customer with dignity and elegance. I couldn’t help but watch how he treated the people after me. All were treated the same. He even helped people after he closed. What a treasure. Thank you, thank you.“

“I had a event I was organizing and reached out to Ice Cream Express WA. I rented one of their carts. I can not say enough about my experience. They were fast on communication, they offer a wide variety of ice cream. The cart is super cute and better then I expected. They dropped off on time and picked it up after the event. Everyone loved the ice cream and thought the cart was fabulous. All day I was asked where I got it. Thank you so much Ice Cream Express. I will reach out again for further events.“
