“Impromptu visit after dinner that did not disappoint! The smells alone were enough for us to want to come back. But the tight space works well. With seating closer to the street, it allows the line to form and quickly exit people in and out.
And then there’s the ice cream itself. Several delicious dairy free options, but the split-single scoop is a genius way to get two flavors without needing to get two scoops. Perfect for older kids / preteens!

“Very friendly service, I am gluten free and they were able to answer my questions no problem. The candy section has shared spoons so I couldn't have that but the cold section with fruit and jellies is all gluten free other than pre-portioned stuff in containers to keep them separate, so I was able to have some toppings too. Lot's of candy options available, loyalty stamp card, and good prices, we will be back“
“Sutton Tropical Sno did a wonderful job serving shaved ice at our 5th grade end of the year event. They came up with a custom option that worked for our budget, set up on location (at a park without power), and served 150 kids in the time amount they had committed to. They were flexible when I had to change the timing and when they showed up and the original set up spot was taken, they again were flexible and found a new spot. I would recommend them to other parent groups looking for an affordable shaved ice option.“

“I went to the Hazel Dell location and there was a beautiful display of all the doughnuts. Saw a small selection of Gluten Free for those needing it. Only tried one so far, the maple bacon, which was super good. Have to go back to try the ice cream sometime. It looks great.“

“We have a froyo place closer to us BUT we still come here - for two reasons. One: the original tart flavor here is superior, a clear winner. Two: Service is always really great - Leya is a joy and Asher is so so kind. We're new to this area and we really appreciate Leya especially for being incredibly welcoming, always an added treat to visit the crew! Til next time!“

“Cozy small business atmosphere. Good comfort food and coffee for your riverfront walk. I make it a pit stop on my longer walks around Fort Vancouver, Esther Short Farmer's Market, and riverfront walk. 7 miles roundtrip walk, pit stop for soup or ice cream affogato 😅, bathroom break, then walk another 3.5 miles. The staff is friendly and attentive. Cozy nooks and sofa for larger groups, or counter window seating.“
“I had a very terrible experience with a cake prior to dealing with “Maria”. She fixed the whole disaster and made my cake even more beautiful than anything I’d ever imagined. I live across town but drive to this location because of the service and I will continue to do so. Thank you Maria for your professionalism and saving the day!!“

“We met Kelly at the Vancouver Farmers Market a couple of years ago when she was thinking about opening a store. We are SO glad she did! Now we can satisfy our gelato fix anytime! We love all the ways she turns chocolate into something yummy! And her yogurt is the best! Wrinkles The Dog gives Sorridi two paws up, too (he stays outside in the car while Bob and I take turns going inside to pick out our single scoops)!“
