“My husband, daughters, and I shared a flight with waffle cone: birthday cake and blackberries, huckleberry oat crisp with foraged porcini, salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough, and chocolate gooey brownie. Out of the ordinary and very delectable. My favorite is the huckleberry oat crisp with foraged porcini.

My parents had the dairy-free strawberry and coconut water sorbet and hazelnut cookies and cream in a waffle bowl. My mom is usually indifferent to ice cream but she said this was exceptional.“

“Easy to order, large portions and wide variety of options. We’ve been to other Bingsu places and the shaved ice here is much better I think it’s because it’s much finer and better texture. Many add ons you can put and they serve it on a tray with bowls and spoons to share with everyone. I’ve also tried their taiyaki which was phenomenal. Haven’t tried their drinks but I’m sure they’re just as amazing“

“I’ve only been here a couple times, it gets the job done when you’ve got a craving.
Need to train people in customer service. Maybe I’m just getting old but a greeting when you come in, or even just an acknowledgment would be nice.
This is definitely just a “grab your order and get out” type of place. No frills, almost an aseptic feel to it.“

“Visited Menchies for National Froyo Day! This was a nice surprise for my kiddos who love froyo from this place! It was super busy, but the staff did a great job managing the crowd, stocking up inventory, clean and was super friendly! My little love getting a sticker from the cashier. “Chicken strips and their chili cheese hot dog were delicious! Chili did have large onion chunks but I was impressed how the bread wasn't soggy when we got home to eat. Their fries and cheese curds were great too. They can get busy so service was a little slow but we love DQ!“
