We’re regular costumers to this location and clearly love it, but had the urge to leave a review because we just had a lovely experience with a staff member! He was just extremely pleasant and in a good mood, helpful, and when there wasn’t people to ring up he was cleaning up the stations and doing a great job. Also heard him being really helpful to the group before us.
He was working the night shift on 10/18 (7:30pm), very tall with short hair and tattoos.

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is a family favorite spot with a variety of flavors. Despite some customer service improvements needed and a recent price increase, the delicious yogurt keeps customers coming back. They are known for accommodating special requests like creating a masterpiece birthday cake with strawberry froyo. However, the option for tipping at a self-serve place can be awkward. Keep in mind that parking near Menchie's may have time limits. Don't forget to download the Menchie’s app for rewards!
