“I visited Crumbl Cookie at Progress Ridge, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The store was bright, clean, and welcoming, with the aroma of freshly baked cookies filling the air.

I tried several flavors, but the standout for me was the Oatmeal Raisin 😛—perfectly chewy with the right balance of sweetness and spice. The cookies were fresh, warm, and generously sized, making them feel like a special treat.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was ready quickly. Overall, I would rate my experience a 5/5. I highly recommend visiting this location, especially if you’re craving a warm, comforting cookie!“

“I’ve only been here a couple times, it gets the job done when you’ve got a craving.
Need to train people in customer service. Maybe I’m just getting old but a greeting when you come in, or even just an acknowledgment would be nice.
This is definitely just a “grab your order and get out” type of place. No frills, almost an aseptic feel to it.“

“La Provence in Beaverton is our favorite location in this excellent chain, and we always enjoy their wonderful food when we are visiting the area. Their bakery has suppled us with many welcomed hostess or celebration gifts (oh, those macarons!) over the years. The staff is excellent as well (hi, Cory, thanks again!). Highly recommended.“

“Good food, friendly staff. We tried a cupcake, lemon bar and brownie. The cupcake was moist and flavorful. Indoor and outdoor seating. A restroom is available in the building but requires a code. Free paved parking on the street and in nearby parking lot. Would have liked coffee, but not available.“

“We had made an order online, forgetting that it was Valentine's Day and it would be ridiculously busy. Oops! But the crew had it all handled and waiting wasn't bad at all. The employee that seemed to be the one working the front counter, Hunter, was super patient and kind. Keep that guy around! :)“

The cookies are always fresh, warm, and exactly what you hope for when the pink box comes out—but what really stands out is the management. The manager Hayden is genuinely top tier: super kind, professional, and clearly cares about both the customers and the staff. You can tell it’s well-run the moment you walk in. Great vibes, great service, and obviously great cookies.“

“Tried the seasonal eggnog cake. If tiramisu met a white sheet cake at the holiday party and got sloppy together - it would be this cake. The moisture and flavor of the eggnog soaked the cake from the bottom up. The creamy icing on top sprinkled with nutmeg brought home the tiramisu vibe. Pretty good effort at a fancy cake by a cookie company.“

“The bingsoos are fantastic on a hot summer day. My wife and I ate here 3 days in a row, because…why not? The half strawberry, half mango is refreshing and the shaved ice itself has a sweet, creamy texture. One of the other days I ordered the black sesame bingsoo, which was also excellent. The different toppings reminded me of halo halo (a Filipino dessert).

The reasons I gave them 4 stars is not because of the food. This place is severely understaffed on summer days and the wait is incredibly long when everyone is getting off dinner at the same time. We luckily beat most of the crowd, but still waited 30 min to get our order. Two employees is not enough to keep the traffic moving. Understaffed also means tables are not maintained and tend to be covered in a sugary, sticky mess.

Update: 11 months later and the wait times are much more reasonable. Typical wait is about 5-10 minutes after ordering. It can use more seating and someone to wipe down the tables from time to time. The restroom isn’t maintained well either. Inside is always stuffy, as if there’s no air conditioning.“

“Such an amazing spot! We stumbled upon it after dinner and it was phenomenal. The bingsu selection is incredible and plentiful and the quality is sooo good! We had a few first timers for bingsu and they thoroughly enjoyed it!!

The staff are very welcoming and sweet. So amazing and made the experience really unforgettable! We’ll be back again!! Hands down the best bingsu I’ve had in a long time!“

“This is one of the only shave ice places in the area with an actual ice shaver. The chai/ginger combo with sno cap was as expected. And the ginger was spicy! The ice is creamy and melts in your mouth.

I highly recommend this spot if you're looking for authentic shave ice with excellent homemade syrups.“

“What a wonderful tea! By far the best scones we've ever had, accompanied by an extensive tea selection and delicious yummy treats. The tea rooms are beautifully decorated and the cup and saucer collection is impressive. The servers were so kind and attentive, and the views of the lake add to the ambiance. We love this place!“

“Nice place with surprisingly lot of non cinnamon options as well! I am not a cinnamon fan so this was a great and welcome surprise. The Nutella ice cream was a little underwhelming compared to the ad and poster pictures they had put up in the front of the shop. The strawberry ice cream taster that the owner so nicely offered was very nice and creamy. Will definitely return for the ambience and mango flavor during summer!“
