Open concept design. Benches against giant windows to feel the breeze (it was a hot day). I’m sure wintertime they shut it tight. Bathroom inside (need a code).

The staff were very patient and friendly. You can ask as many samples as you want. Even if there’s a line, it usually move fast. Creamy, strong flavor, good quality ice cream.

The menu has interesting options. Even though we have been to many locations, we still haven’t tried them all. There are tubs and merchandises on display if you like a souvenir.“

“Just met the lovely owners Gagan and Kiran the other day at our local dog park. After chatting over our cute dogs they disclosed that they own this gem of an ice cream shop. I went that very night with friends after eating at Eem, it was delicious and a lovely complement to the great food we had just had. Gagan assured me I could try every flavor which I very nearly did. Settled on a split scoop of the golden milk and kaapi. Highly recommended!!!“

We were taken care of by a worker named Rhyann and she was so friendly and patient with our group and seemed genuinely excited by the flavors and the company itself. “The place was very clean. The music they were playing was my taste. They ladies working were nice, friendly and quickly prepared my ube gooey butter sundae which was damn good. I went on to their street with the intention of going to Salt & Screw. Unfortunately, they were no longer in business there and was replaced with a ramen restaurant. The decor was exactly as advertised online with the witchy theme in full force. I'll definitely be back for another treat soon.“

“I came here on September 16th around 6:30pm. As I walked in, there was a line of about 6 to 7 people. I was happy to see that they were busy, especially since it was Friday night. However, a white male in front of me got frustrated at one of the associates because they didn't have cherry vanilla ice cream. He was mentioning that he waited in a line only to find out that they don't have cherry vanilla icecream. He said to the associate, "Let's talk about what just happened here." It made me feel really bad for the associate. The other associate overheard and stepped in. Told the customer that they didn't have the flavor of icecream and that there was a line. The associate told this customer to chill out, and it was a reasonable request from my perspective. After the customer was told to chill out he mentioned, "I know the owner....". It unfortunately was a situation where the customer felt very entitled to get what he wanted and an excuse to be rude to the associates. I think the associates handled this extremely well. I'm glad they stood up for themselves. That is not treatment they deserve.“

“Obsessed with this fancy froyo! They have the best flavors, my favorites are honey pistachio and date tahini. It is more expensive than your standard froyo but everything is delicious and homemade. We love the brownie pieces and hot fudge but all the toppings are incredible as well. Staff is always friendly and helpful! We drive in from Beaverton regularly to enjoy their froyo. Can’t beat it!“

The staff is friendly and helpful. They offered samples of ice cream.

They offer two ice cream scoop sizes. The large one is not that large. Servings are strictly portioned.

The waffle cone was good. The cone cracked white the server was placing the first of two scoops. The offered to get a new cone. I told them I was fine with them placing the two scoops and the cone in a cup.

My Two not so large scoops of ice cream and waffle cone cost a little over $11. I can't say that it was worth the price.

The ice cream good. A 1/2 pint purchase of ice cream may be the best affordable way to enjoy the available flavors.

“We got the Bakers Half Dozen delivered by Uber Eats ast night, along with a blueberry fritter. What a treat The! The flavors are just wonderful as is the quality of the donuts themselves. We go to Doe frequently and really enjoy the donuts and ice cream.“

“Uri at Dairy Hill Ice Cream was absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding! He invited Andrew and me to a tasting beforehand, which was such a fun experience and helped us pick the perfect flavors. Every single one was amazing.

At the wedding, they set up an ice cream bar for our guests and it was truly out of this world. People are still talking about how good it was! It added such a fun and memorable touch to the night.

They also made us a custom ice cream cake that was unbelievably delicious. It was the perfect sweet treat and such a unique addition to our celebration.

“I had the most extraordinary experience at the Portland airport on Monday night. There were not many things open. I do not usually fly Southwest, so I was not familiar with the concessions in this part of the airport. I thought I might just grab some cheese and then get some kind of healthy bowl somewhere. I stopped at the Tillamook booth and was overwhelmed by the quality of the service. Yes, the food was tasty. The service was exemplary. I would have never purchased my meal here, if it weren’t for the incredible connection, Joseph, the server, made with me. He was warm, knowledgeable, and really enticed me to eat the food here. He seemed to love it, so I believed him. I ate at the little table next to the booth and he checked in on me from time to time and even brought me some green tea later on! This truly was the most remarkable experience I had ever spent at an airport kiosk. I fly every week. Joseph, and the quality he bestowed upon me, is a new benchmark for service at any airport in America. Congratulations Tillamook for hiring such a capable person who not only believes in your product, but believes in serving each customer with dignity and elegance. I couldn’t help but watch how he treated the people after me. All were treated the same. He even helped people after he closed. What a treasure. Thank you, thank you.“

“Took my mom and daughter with me since the place is cat themed and they love cats. The impression with omg cute and clean with friendly service. We ordered a large half strawberry and half mango dessert. Also tried a custard filled desert that looks like a cute fish. The ice cream desert is light and perfectly sweet. If you love very sweet rich stuff then this wont be for you. Would definitely come back again.“

They were fast on communication, they offer a wide variety of ice cream. The cart is super cute and better then I expected. They dropped off on time and picked it up after the event. “I’ve been here a couple times now and honestly the only consistently good customer service I’ve had has been from the girl with the glasses. The other employees I’ve dealt with haven’t really had the best attitude, she was extremely nice, especially with how busy it was. She took the time to help my husband pick out boba tea flavors. The frozen yogurt was yummy and everything tasted fresh.“
