We had a great laugh about it and sat in the shop to eat our scoops while talking to her. As fate would have it, she brought up that she was looking to cater weddings! I got her information immediately and we booked Luna's to cater our end of September wedding. I cannot recommend Luna's enough. The ice cream is delicious no matter what flavor you go with (my fav is Summer's Day and Apple Pie, if you're wondering). The texture is perfect and each component is thoughtfully prepared to bring something extra special to each flavor. You can tell that the people making the ice cream really care about every step of the process. Give them a visit and you'll surely be immediately planning another!“

“I ordered the vegan ice cream (mint chocolate and strawberry). I was surprised at the high cost for the small sized prepacked containers that I received when I came to pick up my order. I was extremely impressed with my fresh made waffle cones. However, they were warm and mouth-watering and delicious!!!! Unfortunately, I found out that I have a reaction to higher amounts of sugary products and am unable to eat this product. The bites I could taste were really flavourful and throughout.

“I love Ice cream places that do really unique flavors and this is one of them. I had a scoop of olive oil ice cream and a scoop of pear and blue cheese ice cream. They sound absolutely bizarre but they were spectacular. My favorite was the olive oil. The waffle cones are made fresh right there. My friend had a pretty straightforward chocolate gooey brownie, and that was also delicious. Don't leave Oregon without trying this exceptionally special place. And to boot, customer service was awesome, totally friendly.“

“This place is in an unlikely location and is very small inside (there is even a sign outside the door that says only 8 people are allowed inside at a time! ?) However, the ice cream is amazing. They only have 4 berry flavors (with an occasional special on some days). It is fresh fruit that is infused into vanilla ice cream and then they have some toppings you can add. I had raspberry ice cream topped with chamoy and Tajin and it was DELICIOUS!! It's also pretty reasonably priced. I can definitely recommend this place!“

“I had the most extraordinary experience at the Portland airport on Monday night. There were not many things open. I do not usually fly Southwest, so I was not familiar with the concessions in this part of the airport. I thought I might just grab some cheese and then get some kind of healthy bowl somewhere. I stopped at the Tillamook booth and was overwhelmed by the quality of the service. Yes, the food was tasty. The service was exemplary. I would have never purchased my meal here, if it weren’t for the incredible connection, Joseph, the server, made with me. He was warm, knowledgeable, and really enticed me to eat the food here. He seemed to love it, so I believed him. I ate at the little table next to the booth and he checked in on me from time to time and even brought me some green tea later on! This truly was the most remarkable experience I had ever spent at an airport kiosk. I fly every week. Joseph, and the quality he bestowed upon me, is a new benchmark for service at any airport in America. Congratulations Tillamook for hiring such a capable person who not only believes in your product, but believes in serving each customer with dignity and elegance. “We came in to order an ice cream cake with dietary restrictions. It was a busy Friday night. The staff never once made me feel rushed or hurried with my decision making. She even confirmed with the other gal to make sure all dietary needs were met. In my opinion they went above and beyond to make it work. We can’t wait to try our cake. They were fast on communication, they offer a wide variety of ice cream. The cart is super cute and better then I expected. They dropped off on time and picked it up after the event.
