“Just met the lovely owners Gagan and Kiran the other day at our local dog park. After chatting over our cute dogs they disclosed that they own this gem of an ice cream shop. I went that very night with friends after eating at Eem, it was delicious and a lovely complement to the great food we had just had. Gagan assured me I could try every flavor which I very nearly did. Settled on a split scoop of the golden milk and kaapi. Highly recommended!!!“

“Nothing but the best experience here! Even though I've lived in Oregon for quite a while, this was my first time visiting a Salt & Straw, and it definitely lived up to the hype.

The ice cream was incredible, but what really stood out was the exceptional customer service. A special shoutout to the manager, Maddy, and to Xander, (I hope I'm remembering the name correctly) who jumped in to help as soon as he arrived. The rest of the staff were just as friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making the entire experience feel special especially when it was during a busy time.

The store itself is beautiful, and it's clear this location is managed extremely well. I'll definitely be back!“

“Delicious ice cream with fun flavors! You can get a one scoop but split between two flavors which I love. The ube cheesecake is delicious. I loved mixing the peach crisp with the mango cardamom which were equally as delicious. My partner loves the strawberry custard. Reasonable prices too. Can't go wrong here.“

“The place was very clean. The music they were playing was my taste. They ladies working were nice, friendly and quickly prepared my ube gooey butter sundae which was damn good. I went on to their street with the intention of going to Salt & Screw. Unfortunately, they were no longer in business there and was replaced with a ramen restaurant. The decor was exactly as advertised online with the witchy theme in full force. I'll definitely be back for another treat soon.“

“This little specialty shop is such a worthwhile experience! The entire menu features treats made with matcha, more matcha, and even more matcha. There's also a seasonal flavor of soft serve to pair with your matcha. There's an order kiosk in the corner, but the staff at the counter are kind and helpful - tip them generously!
There are several tables to sit and enjoy your treats. The dining area is functional, but a little plain, and it is FREEZING cold in there. Bring a sweater 🥶 and enjoy your yummy caffeinated treat! (Matcha Bear pictured)“

“Took my mom and daughter with me since the place is cat themed and they love cats. The impression with omg cute and clean with friendly service. We ordered a large half strawberry and half mango dessert. Also tried a custard filled desert that looks like a cute fish. The ice cream desert is light and perfectly sweet. If you love very sweet rich stuff then this wont be for you. Would definitely come back again.“

Nevaeh was absolutely amazing and so sweet, she genuinely had me in tears walking out. they were out of the only cookie we really were hoping for but she gave us a couple mini versions of the same cookie to make up for the inconvenience. we were totally taken aback by her kindness and i hope whoever is her manager takes the time to recognize her for being incredible and going above and beyond!!“

“Uri at Dairy Hill Ice Cream was absolutely incredible to work with for our wedding! He invited Andrew and me to a tasting beforehand, which was such a fun experience and helped us pick the perfect flavors. Every single one was amazing.

At the wedding, they set up an ice cream bar for our guests and it was truly out of this world. People are still talking about how good it was! It added such a fun and memorable touch to the night.

They also made us a custom ice cream cake that was unbelievably delicious. It was the perfect sweet treat and such a unique addition to our celebration.

We couldn’t recommend Dairy Hill Ice Cream more — amazing service, amazing ice cream, and such a great experience from start to finish!“

“I had the most extraordinary experience at the Portland airport on Monday night. There were not many things open. I do not usually fly Southwest, so I was not familiar with the concessions in this part of the airport. I thought I might just grab some cheese and then get some kind of healthy bowl somewhere. I stopped at the Tillamook booth and was overwhelmed by the quality of the service. Yes, the food was tasty. The service was exemplary. I would have never purchased my meal here, if it weren’t for the incredible connection, Joseph, the server, made with me. He was warm, knowledgeable, and really enticed me to eat the food here. He seemed to love it, so I believed him. I ate at the little table next to the booth and he checked in on me from time to time and even brought me some green tea later on! This truly was the most remarkable experience I had ever spent at an airport kiosk. I fly every week. Joseph, and the quality he bestowed upon me, is a new benchmark for service at any airport in America. Congratulations Tillamook for hiring such a capable person who not only believes in your product, but believes in serving each customer with dignity and elegance. I couldn’t help but watch how he treated the people after me. All were treated the same. He even helped people after he closed. What a treasure. Thank you, thank you.“

“Walked in at 9 AM on a beautiful Saturday morning and asked for a cheeseburger and fry's. The burger was huge, with sliced tomato, onion and lettuce. The fry's were hot and delicious. I sat at the bar and was taken back to the way cafe's looked when I was a kid. Tracy, the server was a jewel. Parking is no problem. Most everyone else was eating breakfast, which looked awesome. “The employees are always so friendly and sweet. I always just order with them rather than using the self-service kiosks because often times the kiosks show a cookie as sold out but there is a batch getting ready to come out of the oven and they are ALWAYS worth a 10-15min wait. I prefer cookies over any other dessert confection and Crumbl cookies are untouchable. They are always fantastic but the cornbread, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter stuffed & topped with peanut butter are our absolute favorites.“

They were fast on communication, they offer a wide variety of ice cream. The cart is super cute and better then I expected. They dropped off on time and picked it up after the event. I had a craving for their perfect chocolate chip ice cream so we stopped in and they totally redeemed themselves today for me! Brooke helped me, I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. “There were three people working tonight. Reese, Jonah and a third person with red hair that I did not get the name of. He was working diligently to close the place for the night as I got there 6 minutes before close. Reese was genuine and friendly while sweeping the lobby floor. She was happy to hold a conversation with me while staying on task which I appreciated! Jonah made my custom beverage and due to a misunderstanding I asked for my order to be remade. Without hesitation he agreed and after clarification I was presented with a thoughtfully prepared, delicious blend of ice cream and coffee. I apologized for the late order and thanked the closing team again. The 3 of them seemed to know their jobs and were seasoned employees. Whomever is responsible for these 3 employees should be proud of their team! Great experience - thank you.“

“If you're looking for an affordable, comfortable place to pop in for breakfast or lunch - Coffee Rush has some delicious options! We enjoyed the egg bites and our friends enjoyed bagels and a waffle breakfast sandwich (: the coffee is smooth and flavourful, and the staff were friendly (and accommodating when we got confused by the creamer container, haha!)
The interior is clean and cozy, well lit, and home to some very pretty plants. A great spot in Oregon City conveniently close to the transit center!“
