“Walked in at 9 AM on a beautiful Saturday morning and asked for a cheeseburger and fry's. The burger was huge, with sliced tomato, onion and lettuce. The fry's were hot and delicious. I sat at the bar and was taken back to the way cafe's looked when I was a kid. Tracy, the server was a jewel. Parking is no problem. Most everyone else was eating breakfast, which looked awesome. You won't regret the food or the ambiance. Do it and enjoy. SMP“

“I'm a senior citizen and old school. Employee named (Kei sp), was super nice. The customer service she showed was exemplary. She brought my order out to me where I was sitting when it was ready. The chicken strips were moist and tender. The fries were hot and crispy. The employees worked well as a team. Kei is an excellent employee. I will definitely be coming back to this dairy Queen. “Came in about an hour before closing and they were out of one of the cookies. Nevaeh was absolutely amazing and so sweet, she genuinely had me in tears walking out. they were out of the only cookie we really were hoping for but she gave us a couple mini versions of the same cookie to make up for the inconvenience. we were totally taken aback by her kindness and i hope whoever is her manager takes the time to recognize her for being incredible and going above and beyond!!“

“Sutton Tropical Sno did a wonderful job serving shaved ice at our 5th grade end of the year event. They came up with a custom option that worked for our budget, set up on location (at a park without power), and served 150 kids in the time amount they had committed to. They were flexible when I had to change the timing and when they showed up and the original set up spot was taken, they again were flexible and found a new spot. I would recommend them to other parent groups looking for an affordable shaved ice option.“

“I came into this frozen yogurt shop expecting a casual dessert experience and instead witnessed customer service ascend to a level previously thought impossible by modern science. The teenage girl, Alexa, working the counter didn’t just serve frozen yogurt she delivered hope, joy, and possibly healed my seasonal depression.

Her yogurt swirling technique? Michelangelo-level artistry.
Her topping distribution? Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
Her attitude? Radiant enough to power a small city.

At one point I’m pretty sure the entire shop atmosphere changed when she said “have a nice day.” Birds started singing. My skin cleared up. My credit score improved by 40 points.

I watched her manage a line of chaotic customers with the composure of a Navy SEAL and the kindness of a Disney princess. Meanwhile I can barely answer one email without stress eating crackers.

If this establishment has any sense at all, they will promote her immediately to CEO, regional manager, or possibly mayor of the town.

10/10 frozen yogurt.
11/10 employee.
