“Good frozen yogurt and nice people!“

“Walked in at 9 AM on a beautiful Saturday morning and asked for a cheeseburger and fry's. The burger was huge, with sliced tomato, onion and lettuce. The fry's were hot and delicious. I sat at the bar and was taken back to the way cafe's looked when I was a kid. Tracy, the server was a jewel. Parking is no problem. Most everyone else was eating breakfast, which looked awesome. You won't regret the food or the ambiance. Do it and enjoy. SMP“

“I love the sugar free ice creams. Will there be new flavors soon? I love the chocolate mint and the pineapple flavors. Keep bringing on new flavors with no sugar please. :)“

“First of all, wonderful experience last night from these young ladies managing a very late and busy Saturday with efficiency. Special thanks to your employee, Pailey for providing wonderful customer service! Very kind and friendly. As a small business owner myself, I think this establishment is great. I am glad to say I will be back soon. Thank you.“

“I'm a senior citizen and old school. Employee named (Kei sp), was super nice. The customer service she showed was exemplary. She brought my order out to me where I was sitting when it was ready. The chicken strips were moist and tender. The fries were hot and crispy. The employees worked well as a team. Kei is an excellent employee. I will definitely be coming back to this dairy Queen. Great job!“

“Quick treat for kids and gifts“

“Very friendly staff helped us choose.
So many options amd they all looked fabulous!
We may have just chosen the wrong things. We tried a plain mini Oreo cookie and the mini chocolate chip. The mini chocolate chip was OK, but only had 3 chocolate chips. The plain Oreo looked great but was rather bland. But we realize it's not meant to be eaten without frosting. I guess for the.price, we were expecting to be wowed.“

“Amazing food and staff. Will be back. So grateful I discovered this place. A culinary gem.“

“The ube cookie sandwich was INSANE. Favorite sweet treat I’ve ever had in my life. Got it a few days ago and literally have been dreaming about it ever since. I will be returning for that after every single gorge trip from now on. How has this place not gone viral yet??“

“Last month I ordered a birthday cake over the phone, and even though it wasn't a pre-design, Bethany made it happen! Wanted to say thank you so much as I had extra hand packed quarts added too, but she was lovely through and through! 💖👑 Great service! Beautiful cake! Would give her 10 stars if I could! 💯“

“Best quesadillas around- seasoning is over the top delicious. Asada and Lengua tacos juicy and tender- with just the right amount of onion and cilantro- fresh lime 🤤. Salsa verde is home made and perfection. Service is amazing. I would give 10 stars. Thanks!“

“It was so delicious and that we went two days in a row❤️💛💚“

“Sutton Tropical Sno did a wonderful job serving shaved ice at our 5th grade end of the year event. They came up with a custom option that worked for our budget, set up on location (at a park without power), and served 150 kids in the time amount they had committed to. They were flexible when I had to change the timing and when they showed up and the original set up spot was taken, they again were flexible and found a new spot. I would recommend them to other parent groups looking for an affordable shaved ice option.“

“My granddaughter loves it here.“

“Good frozen yogurt, in soft serve. Good prices also, and variety.“

“I walked in needing an Oreo ice cream cake for my son's birthday party the same day. I know. Poor planning and procrastination on my part. But there was a cake in the freezer and they were even able to write on it! Woot! Thanks for being awesome, neighborhood Baskin Robbins!“

“Best spot in Rockwood for ice cream and home made popsicles!

Everything is made in house !

Sooo many flavors to choose from. You can’t go wrong. If you want something savory I recommend Tostitos preparados. Mini pancakes are also worth every penny“

“ALWAYS EXCELLENT SERVICE & THANK YOU FOR YOUR DONATION TO SECOND CHANCES FOR BLIND DOGS. IT IS MUCH APPRECIATED.“

“Mmm good! Excellent Service.“

“Very friendly service and helpful as well. Our kids favorite spot.“

“I came into this frozen yogurt shop expecting a casual dessert experience and instead witnessed customer service ascend to a level previously thought impossible by modern science. The teenage girl, Alexa, working the counter didn’t just serve frozen yogurt she delivered hope, joy, and possibly healed my seasonal depression.

Her yogurt swirling technique? Michelangelo-level artistry.
Her topping distribution? Perfectly balanced, as all things should be.
Her attitude? Radiant enough to power a small city.

At one point I’m pretty sure the entire shop atmosphere changed when she said “have a nice day.” Birds started singing. My skin cleared up. My credit score improved by 40 points.

I watched her manage a line of chaotic customers with the composure of a Navy SEAL and the kindness of a Disney princess. Meanwhile I can barely answer one email without stress eating crackers.

If this establishment has any sense at all, they will promote her immediately to CEO, regional manager, or possibly mayor of the town.

10/10 frozen yogurt.
11/10 employee.
Would cross state lines for another cup.“

“Soday ( I believe her name was) was absolutely amazing, she was doing 10 different tasks including rocking customer service. The other 2 working shift with her seemed to be more interested in socializing and I felt bad she was doing so much while others were on shift! Kudos for Soday times a million!“

“Noticed newer people working recently all super nice place has definitely improved“

“whenever I can find it actually real ice cream with just chocolate chips not mint chocolate chip just chocolate chip ice cream it's very hard to find compared to all you do is mint chocolate chip in there I'm allergic to men so I like with just my chocolate chip one of these times would be nice to have dark chocolate chip ice cream maybe with the whole toffee in it“

“We placed an online order and it was ready to go when we picked it up. Service was quick and efficient. Nice staff. We will be back again.“

“We visited this frozen yogurt café today. The staff member was friendly and welcoming, and the frozen yogurt was really delicious. The only downside is that the prices are a bit high, and the tables were dirty — I wish they were cleaned more often.“

“My granddaughter had a birthday party at Menchie’s and it was awesome. The girls were so thrilled with their delicious treats!“

“I was met with wonderful customer service from Breanna. I am from Apollo Plumbing Heating and Cooling visiting the property today for an estimate . Breanna showed me around the property and answered all my questions I had. Very professional in her line of work and great interpersonal skills. 5 stars all the way!“

“Quick drive through service. great food, friendly employees.“

“I just wanted to let the owners/managers know the two girls working there today, the day that I posted this, were handling the line on customers like a champ. Professional, and with a smile.

Prices range from about $7-$10 for a small to a specialty large ice cream with a free mix in included with all you make it orders. Waffle cone is $2 extra.“

“What an incredible experience thanks to Sydney! We came in excited with punch cards from another location and although this Baskin-Robbins location does not accept them, she handled the situation with such grace and even offered to manually document on our cards that we had purchased from this location in an effort to help us get our “free” icecream next time at the location that does accept them. She was so sweet and pleasant and truly made our experience a positive one! She is the epitome of excellent customer service and we really appreciated her!“

“Jess is best! She always remembers my family’s name and order! She knows all the deals and never fails to make sure our order is accurate, delicious, and piping hot! She’s always working her butt off to make sure the place is top notch! I hope they are paying that young lady well she deserves it!“

“Seven Patriot Guard Riders were served quickly and were served by 2 wonderful young ladies. Treated with lots of respect as always.“

“🤪Like the app for pickup. Menu is HUGE! They do rotate things out, so it's not always the same. Ten the app kicks in with sale items.“

“DQ on174th & Division has the best crew. Always up, friendly, helpful, patient, just all around great. The DQ on 136th & Division crew needs to take lessons from them: smiling, customer service, overall friendliness.“

“It’s one of my favorite fast food restaurants to eat inside or outside“

“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“
