Have ordered carry out many times and on scream occasions they have left the toppings off and when called to let them know one time they said “oh sorry” but we do love the cookies when they are made
Went in today to redeem a birthday reward, was unable to do it at the touch pad. Wemt to the the counter waited around 5 minutes as the lady making cookis ignored me. No smile or hello. Another woman walks in says excuse me and they come right to help her again completely ignoring me standing there.. she even had to go get another co worker to answer the ladies question then she walked away to the backI will think twice before returning to this location.
